I understand that the segment is full of scams, one reason why I am asking for vendors for the hardware.
Precisely because this is a new effort i don't have vendor relationships.
Zero interest in pitching for your dollar/btc ( i can explain why not but its irrelevant). Appreciate help from those who can assist.

well if you have Zero interest in "pitching for our dollars" then this is the wrong board

What  do you even need? it seems like general info?
that can be found at :

Hi,
I have managed to secure electricity rates for 2 MW or so @2.1 cents/kwhr to 4 cents/kwhr and would like to start mining for bitcoins. Now we see a lot of antminers available on alibaba and i wonder if we could get some guidance on reputable/reliable vendors for S9 or something equivalent.
I had the followinf questions and appreciate your help
1./ Anyone used bitfury. I heard their minimums are very high? Could they be an alternative?
2./ Where from can we procure S9. We are looking to start with batches of 100 machines.
3./ Do these machines run 2-3 years or conk out early
4./ How much and what kind of maintenance is required on these machines
5./ We are looking at a capital return in 12 months and potential 100% return in 3 years so difficulty ramp up should be ok. I am assuming these assumptions are sensible
6./ Are we forced to mine with antminer pool if we use antminer ASIC? Recommended pool?
7./ Vendor recommendations?

I can't answer location related questions at this stage but we will hopefully have the globally most competitive cloud operation too. The problem i see is 4./ and 3./ as we can't offer a hash rate for life. Let's see.

Appreciate your help. Thank you
Sasha
