what do you mean ico selling only use 10% from total suply coin
what is use 90% another coin still control in dev

I have posted several times over the past few months about consolidating my projects into a centralized location and ICO so that people can invest.
We have two websites right now that are relevant to those who may be interested in joining us:

What is it all about?
In late 2016 and early 2017, I launched the "cloudmining.club" and we had over $15,000 in sales and paid out over 5 BTC to our members. Unfortunately, on Dec. 23, 2016 Paypal decided to suspend our account due to our activity with Xcoins and Bitcoin. We had done no wrong and on June 25th 2017, Paypal returned the "held funds", however, by that time, our business model failed completely.
Rather than file for bankruptcy or tell people "too bad" I kept ALL OF THE COMMITTMENTS ON RECORD until I could find a way to make everyone whole again. I am in the process of changing over the system to use FaucetSystem.com for payments since Bitcoin will be automatically delivered to your wallets. Instead of just assigning people BTC mining, I am assigning CMC Tokens so you can decide if you want to use them for services or sell them on the Waves Exchange (Lite Client Exchange). This gives you options to get your money back and/or continue with us.
What do we do?
Going forward, after the initial 2.0 BTC we take in, all funds will be used for Hashflare and Genesis mining contracts that automatically pay into our faucetSystem account. Then, our server automatically credits your accounts each minute and sends funds. Fully automated, no checking in or "claiming" required. You get the benefit of better returns on mining due to the carry over from previous services and also the fact that early investors get the benefits of low entry price and permanent mining rewards.
Why is this better than just buying mining?
If you visit the http://btcfarm.org website and login (just enter something in the email box for now so you can see the dashboard) you can see our project list and how we will be adding WAY MORE THAN JUST MINING to the payout funds.
One thing NOT on that list is the "xcoins/bitcoinstrategy.org" wheel I am creating using STP.
Are there any special opportunities?
Yes, I have reserved 10% of the ICO tokens (100,000 tokens) for the Pardo family to acquire at $0.10 each. This is because they have stood by us throughout the whole process.
I have also reserved 100,000 tokens for a one-time investor of 1BTC so I can pay my bills for 2017 and strictly focus on building and not have to F around with the mundane task of earning enough to pay my rent. A few months is all I need and this will be huge as it should be.
The rest of the tokens are for sale as follows:
Community contributors are needed also.
Please buy some tokens and help me relaunch this. I kept all of the old committments on file so that I could make them right WITH INTEGRITY and if you all could show a little faith in me, I will give all of the incomes to the coin holders (and of course, I earn from that too since I will hold 250,000 coins for now too).
