I think rewards isn't bad. From my experience I can say that is very hard nowadays to keep high rewards without adsense. And I saw a lot of faucets with lower rewards, so this one revards are normal.
ONly around 200 (90.9%) reward per 120 minute with only 15% commision is bad practice its better if you give atleast 500 sat minimum per 120 minute or gining 200 sat per 60 minute is good.

i'm pretty sure that majority people will only get 200 satoshi for every 120 minutes and i have to say that those amount still very low for me
