It all depends on what you expect to get out of them.
If you want some free fractions of coin and to learn about cryptocurrencies then they're great as there's no barrier to entry and you can start earning straight away.
However, if you're looking to get rich then not so much as the amounts paid out by each faucet are tiny. However, use the right faucets enough times and you can gather together a few dollars. You can also look at getting referrals to earn a bit more.
Don't dismiss them out of hand (as some people do!) but don't expect to make your millions either!
