You can use Coinbase, Circle, and Cex I beleive.  There are probably a few others, but those are the main ones.

Also on the other side, canada now have credit card that can be paid off using Bitcoin.

Which exchanges are currently accepting credit and debit card payments for Bitcoin?  Can you help me make a list?  I think Coinbase will sell Bitcoin for a credit card payment.  Others?  Kraken?  Bitstamp?
