Did you just said paypal money ? Bud,you either have paypal or money.Not both,one is digital other is physical.You can trade off your paypal on several exchanges or peer to peer marketplaces.It is upto you find out which one gives you the best exchange rates.Online shopping with bitcoins seems a bit too difficult.Depends what you're trying to buy.Best is to open threads about it on the forum.

In the first line the op ask if he can do bitcoin to paypal and not paypal to bitcoin, paypal to bitcoin is discouraged in the forums for the high amount of scams there are in the forum but bitcoin to paypal its fine as long as you find a trusted person to exchange which is not difficult if you go to the currency exchange section.

I don't think you can use your paypal account for buy in online market the reason is your paypal unverified, mostly and i think online market only accepted paypal verified, you should verified you paypal and after that you can use to buy Bitcoin but you only can buy for personal exchange search in this section https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?board=53.0, after your paypal get verified for suggest don't use your paypal account for high amount transaction just a small or not your paypal can get limited, use for high amount transaction after one month of more.

Most of the exchange service just accepting a paypal verified account. I think virwox and localbitcoins are same, the both are needs verified PayPal; account and not much to do without it.

Because it's for acquiring your actual address and match it with your ID.
