You should flush out your ReadMe so that users who visit your repo will have a better idea of how to use your tool and what its purposes are.
If you are not a native english speaker I'm sure someone here can help you do that.

Is the file supposed to be a simple text file with different addresses? (This would be an example of information to include in your readme)
