Fraud happens because people are dishonest firstly, not because it is unregulated.

The majority of start-ups fail.  It's become standard practice around here to cry "scam" any time users lose money, but plenty of those losses can be attributed as much to incompetence as they can to outright fraud.
Would you start a buisiness if you didn't know what you're doing.
Hm? Why would you start a buisiness if you cannot be of service. .

This is getting off topic, but I think the answer is "because you think you know what you are doing".

Believe this is the thread you are looking for: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/list-of-major-bitcoin-heists-thefts-hacks-scams-and-losses-old-83794

And that is just the result of having a free unregulated market.  Fraud happens regardless.

But sure many " scams' can be said as to be incompetent. . As long as the people invest in it and the the people saying it can walk away. .

If the " start ups" walk away with with money it can be counted as fraud. . no matter how they say they "fail". .

Holly shit. Thanks a lot ./. Why are there no established bitcoin exchange floors and who would want do with them in the first place if they're not  .. if people cant be traced  . Point is  .
We have to start earning respect and trust of each other for bitcoin to work and we have to develop a system that works on these principles. for bitcoin to succeed. a system that works in the best interest of bitcoin users making a change where a financial system can be trusted,  should the establishment. . of bit coin.

How come there seems to be so many fraud cases with bit coin. .i.e there seem to be a lot of fraud going on so called "exchange floors" the amount of insolvency or failed cases seemed to be "legion". And people losing money. .Can a list be made of failed cases of exchange platforms. . That would be interesting. And why cannot be more transparency demanded reall names adresses ip nmrs . . To make this more legit and "trustworthy".
