It's a scam and its popular since two years ago so don't fall for it, you are going to regret, it has been reported on facebook so many times that is why you seldom seen it on facebook they just change their names, but it's the same script and people behind it, there's no such thing as bitcoin generator that is free.

First question you should ask yourself is where are they getting the free btc they gave to people? are they manufacturing the btc? why did you need to send them the 0.01 btc before they will send the 0.1btc? it's just a total scam, no quick way to make money. just be careful

thanks god you don't have enough money to pay the fees, it's definitely scam, bitcoin only can buy from exchange or mining via gpu or asics, no one will give you free bitcoin via bitcoin generator, you will lost 0.01 btc and no one will pay you 0.1 btc after you make the payment, remember bitcoin transaction which has already been included in a block on the longest chain cannot be reversed, anyway ... don't make the mistakes again

The name suggest scam. Others' experience also suggests scam.
Why don't you just search first? Such answers are usually answered already.

Bitcoin is money. Money doesn't fall from the sky.
You need special devices (ASICs) to mine. The sites claiming anything else are either scam, either pay you a couple of satoshi for visiting the site, clicking here and there and wasting your time and effort for basically nothing.
