Pretty obvious scam. But if you want to earn your first bitcoins (or millibitcoins) there are many faucets and "PTC" (Paid To Click) sites out there. Some of them are listed here.

He's not asking whether the site is real, but whether the deal is.

Use this Bitcoin Generator to generate free Bitcoins and transfer them to your wallet, normaly it takes a lot of time to mine just one Bitcoin. This Turbo Miner is based on a big dedicated server network that utilizes the new brand-new SoftCore(TM) technology that is able to solve extensive equations, which are needed to mine Bitcoins, at lightning speeds!

To mine your free Bitcoins, simply enter your wallet address and the amount of Bitcoins you want, depending on the number of Bitcoins, it can take up to 5 minutes for the process to complete, please do not refresh your browser until the mining has finished!

And judging by this it's a blatant scam.

Usually when something is to good to be true, it is just that.
And when they ask you to download a program it is just another indicator that something is wrong.

I did not try the program listed on the site, because I am on my "main" computer and I don't want to expose it to any sort of malicious software.
I would take great care before trying something like this, run it in a VM or don't run it at all.

The claims are quite amusing.  I'm not sure what the angle is -- maybe they are attempting to grab your private keys via a browser exploit or something.

It's a scam. Nobody gives anything free. If you try to download the SW, you will have to make some surveys, and finally you don't get anything. So, stay away of this.

I'm not going to click on it but if it's a faucet giving out tiny amounts; probably. If it's asking you to put Bitcoins in and you get double out or whatever; then it's a scam.
