I'm pretty surprised there hasn't been a full segment on Colbert or the Daily Show yet.

Colbert did a full segment on Bitcoin in the spring. Search it out, it's worth watching.

Yep was going to mention this...  I wouldn't be surprised if Colbert has a large personal stash of Bitcoin.

If it goes up he will claim it was because of the colbert bump now.

It's nice to see him mention bitcoins but for bitcoins presence on his show to truly make an impact it needs to be more than that. He needs to get someone on the interview segment that is a key player in the bitcoin process, or has significant understanding and a sense of humor, to really get people invested. My wet dream would be Satoshi but we all know that isn't happening.

"I've always known that watching me (colbert) is a form of currency 'More Tangible Than Bitcoin' and also, for the record, a form of sustenance. I mean who needs food stamps, belly up to the all you can Steven buffet."
