We have had strong interest and are confident to meet all ASX requirements for our IPO, but we're not there yet, as we're in the final stages of working on our prospectus and will have it out as soon as it's approved by the relevant government bodies.

Well, there main source of revenue is mining. It might not be a good investment for long term.

Never heard of this at all. If I was you, I would invest money into Bitcoin directly yourself. Learn how to acquire coins from an exchange then learn how too safely store it offline.
personally I would never invest in such a thing, if successful and hope would be will help bitcoin exposure I think.

No Prospectus yet. If you go to the group's website, they talk vaguely about stuff like 'arbitrage', 'exchange platform' (site
), 'investment', 'mining', there's little elaboration on the site on any of that. What am I really buying? What's really in that business? Where's the revenue? cost? profit?! I see none of that stuff.
