Most electronics on the darknet are stolen, is that really what you want? There are multiple electronic webshops on the clearweb that accept Bitcoin, for example Newegg.com. The darknet brings also more risk compared to clearnet businesses, as they are anonymous it's easy for them to scam you.
May be some people are using bitcoin in darknet, the government should take a serious step against such activities and should bane them, but i think that still there are so many online shops who are also accepting bitcoin for shopping, specially in such countries where bitcoin is legal. We can hope that bitcoin will only be use for fair and legal activities.
The government can't do much against all these retailers on the darknet. But I don't think that should be the priority either, all those pedophiles should be busted first. The anonymity aspect of Bitcoin has it's pros and cons and that's actually true for everything that is intended to improve lives, for example a bachelor psychology is intended to educate people as a psychologist but there are actually people that use it to manipulate people instead of helping them. There is not much you can do about it, because you can't force them to become psychologist after their bachelor and you can't force Bitcoin users to only use the technology for good purposes.

There is no google in the darkweb. So, if you wanted too see other things than your digtal camera , you should have used other methods than google. If you wanted a good one , you can find it everywhere. You dont have to look in the darkweb for such simple thing. You can even use Ebay.

Only reason I could see is that he wanted to stay anonymous during the purchase of it, somrthing I wouldn't really understand but I mean if you really don't want people to know I'd go to a local electronics store and buy in cash. Bitcoin is going to be a bit of a nusisance when it comes to staying anon compared to cash.

If you want to just buy the item with Bitcoin, then yeah Purse'll work fine.

Hhahaha. Right mate. Why don't the OP go to the nearest local shop and look for the model you want. Or just go clearnet. For me I haven't delve into darknet because I'm paranoid that I might be infected by malware or Trojan. lol.

And I understand that darknet is also being heavily tracked by the government and I don't want that one day I will get a knock on my door and investigating me on my darknet activities.

And yes. purse.io could be a good start if you want to use your bitcoin.

Why do you want to go "dark" to buy a camera? Are you planning to do some Voyeur actions and you want no invoices pointing to your purchase, if those cameras are found?  Roll Eyes

Nah, just kidding. The DarkNet has a bunch of payment options, which includes legitimate payment options, like credit cards and PayPal and also the usual stolen credit cards and hacked PayPal accounts. Some Crypto currencies is also used, because I saw sites accepting Dash and Monero and Bitcoin Cash.  Grin

Ok,
Im a newbie on darkweb. for frankly i was there for some digital gadgets.  but when i was there i didn't see anything but drag, Hacking, Fake Paypal and many more thing.
i was there for a digital camera :-P.
There are nothing.
Even if you find them don't buy... dark web is mostly covered by scammers waiting for you to give free money ... to be frank i've lost 0.4 BTC last year same time
Be careful don't fall for fake people.
Yuph, although you're identification/IP address is anonymous when purchasing in Dark Web. It is still risky dealing with Anonymous people too especially if you're new to Dark Web. Scammers, hackers and fraudsters are scattered everywhere in Dark Web. Even scammers are getting scammed in there.

For your safety. If you only want to buy a digital camera.

when purchasing a physical good which needs delivery online, you are not anonymous no matter where you buy that object from and what method of payment you use. you have to give them your address to receive that item that you bought and that is defeating the whole purpose of it!

what I don't get is why darknet?! nobody uses bitcoin on darknet anymore. and there are no legal things on there anyways.

Most sellers on darkweb sell items there because they don't want to be identified. Items such as leaked documents or hacked user data are listed there because if the identity of the seller is revealed they will be prosecuted and jailed. Not many will waste their time selling a camera there unless it was stolen with a registered serial number.

Bitcoin won't do you any favors there because eventually you will have to cash out and this is when you are caught. You need to use privacy altcoins that are decentralized and integrate Tor to protect your identity. If you are interested in protecting your privacy, check deeponion.org
