I think bitcoin is legal in Las Vegas because I recently searched that they have Bitcoin ATM. Then I saw an article that they ban the Blockchain taxes. So I hope there is no tax in Bitcoin exchange there in Las Vegas.

I am not from las vegas but if you search the coin ATM radar site you can see that there are 30 tellers in and around las vegas,
This means that bitcoin is really legal around las vegas and maybe bitcoin is even use as a transaction for exchanging chips so you can play in the casino all around vegas, I really think you can assume that if there are bitcoin ATM's all around vegas these means bitcoin is really legal in that place.
