Let's say i'm resident in Lanzarote and want to buy a house with bitcoin, i first have to sell my bitcoins in exchange for €, what taxes do i pay on this amount?
Is this legal and regulated right now? Better to avoid?
Is there an official thread about bitcoin and taxes in Spain, in this spanish section?
This website is OK to get legal information about Bitcoin in Spain. I am not affiliated to it, but I know it is run by a Spanish person.

There have only been two responses to binding consultations (consulta vinculante) by the Department of Taxation (Dirección General de Tributos) in Spain. This info may help you.

I would say that if you are not a resident in Spain for tax purposes, and you sell the bitcoins to euros in your country of origin, you would not pay taxes on the conversion in Spain (You should pay them in your country or origin or whatever country you are liable for taxes). However, you should still pay VAT (IVA) in Spain for the new house if it is new, or the Tax for Transmission of Assets (Impuesto de Transmisión Patrimonial) if the house is not newly-built.
