I don't know this site, but since you didn't loose money, just move on to a known exchange and buy some bitcoin there.
Or you can try to buy it here on the forum. But only trade with trusted members.

I found a website called bitcoin insanity to buy some 25 USD worth of bitcoin to fill my first wallet with. I actually don't care about the value, yet, I just want some bitcoin. I placed an order. Upon checkout it said "on hold." It's been like four days and they have not responded to my e-mail. I have not lost any money but I also have not gained any bitcoin. What are yall's thoughts?
I will also add that they have been unavailable for chatting.
