It's said that when two big elephants fight the grass will suffer, but in this scenario that two heavy weights are set for a showdown, Bitcoin, being the innocent grass that they're both leveraging on is ironically flourishing. So whether it's Joe Biden or Donald Trump, that becomes the next American president, they're both giving relevance to Bitcoin and showing the world that Bitcoin is the digital cash of the future. Both men where skeptical about Bitcoin, but today they have understood that this generation and the next have embraced cryptocurrency, now they don't have much choices than to listen to the voice of the youths whom they need their votes.

Bitcoin went up 500% under president Biden.

The Biden administration has been working hard to maintain a safe environment for Bitcoin investors. Under Biden, the criminal SBF was put away, which mitigated the disaster for Bitcoin prices caused by the FTX fiasco.

Trump promises to free criminals like SBF and send retail investors fleeing the markets.

Trump has promised to immediately deport 5% of the US workforce, which will send our economy into chaos.

Trump's platform includes the largest expansion of Federal power in US history, necessary to stop all of the abortions in the USA. Expansion of the police state is never good for things Bitcoin, which can be used to pay for illegal abortions.

Biden = stability = higher Bitcoin prices.

Trump = chaos = lower Bitcoin prices.

This is an election affairs and everyone is using every weapon they can take in supporting the candidate they supports because if anyone of them emerges, it will be to their own advantages as well to see their way through, we are to only take cognizance of every of their spoken words now, incase any of them emerge a winner, we can hold them by their words in case they are forgetting.

I've seen the news about the Winklevoss twins whom are owners of Gemini have donated 30.94 Bitcoins to Trump's campaign.
Winklevoss twins donate $2 million in bitcoin to support Trump
That's $2M in equivalent.

It is when elections are coming up that the US presidential candidate will start singing praises about cryptocurrency because they know that is what they can use to get the people's votes, in as much as they know that US citizens is in love with bitcoin. After the election is over, the opposite will be the case. The winner will not keep to his promise but he will do otherwise. This is why I don't believe in politicians, it is only when I see them doing what they said during their campaign, that I will believe.

We know Trump is just using this to get more votes from Bitcoin communities wherein both Biden and Trump are going to oppose it once their mission is accomplished but meanwhile it would benefit the Bitcoin as it's giving more mainstream time to Bitcoin and it's getting the due importance which it deserved from long time. I think Bitcoin will be the ultimate winner in this battle between these two.

Don't let others control your BTC -> self custody
I don't know about you, But I personally believe the topic of Bitcoin and cryptocurrency is being over-estimated when comes to the weight it will have on this incoming presidential election. Most of the people who are from the USA barely know anything about cryptocurrency and many of them are not even well informed.
Sure, being pro Bitcoin or pro Crypto could have a slight influence over the election, but to me the bulk of the voting base will take other things in consideration from each candidate.
I have got no idea whether the status of Trump as a convicted felon will have much impact on the outcome of the election or not, but that is more likely to decide the outcome than the topic of BTC by itself.

When you're tied every single vote matters, so if they can get a group of enthusiasts on their side it's always good. Therefore, you want all the groups, apart from the ones that have negative connotations and may bring more harm. For instance, you don't want to target religious sects like scientologists, but bitcoiners are rather neutral, if not positive, since they want the government to play fair and allow people to exchange goods and services for whatever they choose to.
Some donations also won't hurt, which is why Biden is in talks with crypto experts.

Honestly, I see any candidate gaining attention through the influence of bitcoin in the current period, no matter who holds that position in the future, the increase in bitcoin price is not too surprising. But in this situation perhaps it partly reflects the period when bitcoin received more attention, but it also needs to be made clear that their interests are more important than the common interest (bitcoin), but for me to see this aspect If positive in the long term, bitcoin will gain the trust of most people.

Although a bit on the sidelines, both Trump and Biden are also bringing a lot of memes to the crypto space, the opportunism between the parties on a stage where they are trying to act.

No matter who wins in the election,  this tells you the level that Bitcoin adoption has reached or gotten to and how likely that in the coming election years ahead Bitcoin is going to become important in such a way that voters will pay priority to presidential candidates who will be Bitcoin friendly with their policies when they get to office and hence these aspirants will get the majority of votes from these Bitcoin enthusiasts.

Politicians can use anything to campaign to convince their people, but the people in that society know who is a good candidate that deserve massive vote to fulfill his promises after the election, which is what will going to happen in this US election that is coming, and Trump will not going to win this election base on my observation because many people understand his mission in this second tenure which bitcoin users will not going to vote for him because he will not going to fulfill his promises.

Anthony Scaramucci Thinks Trump is Hiding Behind Bitcoin To Get Votes, Predicts a BTC Price Surge if Biden Wins Second Term

Well that’s usually how it works. Candidates promise changes & have key policy changes that they hope will win them votes. Biden can neutralise Trump’s Bitcoin play by also being Bitcoin friendly but his party has been hostile for a long time with his stooges like Gensler & Warren. If Biden refuses to be Bitcoin friendly then he may lose the election as many voters have exposure to Bitcoin.

To my sincerity, Trump's is really hiding behind Bitcoin because most of his holding on his campaigns has been around a global economy which is basically it Bitcoin entitlements.

Trump is just being a politician because he's doing what every politician in his position will do to win his opponent. Trump is using Bitcoin popularity to get the support of American that are into Bitcoin. He's hiding behind Bitcoin and I don't like it because he is in a way having an impact over the market.

I began to notice anything that is happening to the  campaign affects Bitcoin price. And if trump doesn't win it make affect the market too. Why don't they fight their battle without involving Bitcoin. Is the American presidential office all about regulations on Bitcoin. They should focus on other issues that's affecting everyone in America.
Why are they not debating about the gun laws and how to stop public schools shooting that is become a problem and other gun related crimes. Americans shouldn't get distracted by what is happening in the presidents race and they should demand for matters affecting the country to be addressed.

Anthony Scaramucci Thinks Trump is Hiding Behind Bitcoin To Get Votes,
Everyone already knows that. Even Biden is changing his stance about crypto because he sees Trump is gaining on him just because of this. They are politicians and they both have some things up their sleeves we still don't know but we will soon as the election nears.

I don't think so. Prior to the election, Biden had a very strong opposition against crypto that many people did not appreciate. Hence why many turned to Trump. If Biden were to win, I don't think many American citizens will have the confidence to buy more bitcoin.

He as actually been speaking about Bitcoin within this election campaigns more than any other time in his life. Although believably during election times like that politicians comes up with new dialoguing systems amongst the masses just for accumulate voting powers and of course Trump's has been playing that path on Bitcoin and he is already winning the peoples mind which crypto enthusiasts are already warming up to give him their votes.

It literally does not matter where it the Trump is hiding behind Bitcoin or Crypto at large at his trial. In electoral races like this, political contestants must always have to lean on the majority of the must be voted and Trump's has been on the promising side to win with the crypto enthusiasts.

Actually this is a clear conclusion that Bitcoin is going to take over the world soon, first it was china whom later allowed their citizens to mine Bitcoin after it was banned by their government, and sighted Bitcoin as another investment to boost the economy.
When Donald trump the ex American president was in power he has stated that he was not a fan of Bitcoin as it is not legal and can cause alot of corruption in the country and not many years after he has stated he is back to seeing Bitcoin as one of the major boost of his campaign to get votes from the young ones.
And with this Biden administration also are planning on a round table meeting in early July with some lawmakers and business men to see how the Bitcoin can help the economy wow.

This is spectacular for Bitcoin very soon Bitcoin will be heard and legalized everywhere.

If Trump openly supports Bitcoin and said something like "We want to keep cryptocurrencies here in the US" and Scaramucci claims that bitcoin will go up if Biden wins, what's going to happen when Trump wins?
Looks like in both cases it will go up Tongue

I agree that Trump does it for the votes, but on the other hand the crypto community wasn't thriving under Biden. I'd like to remind you about the bitcoin mining tax that Biden wanted to introduce.
Here's the best part:

The tax would also apply to crypto mining firms that generate their own electricity. Companies that produce or acquire power “off-grid” would also need to pay a 30% tax on the estimated costs of their electricity bills.
https://cointelegraph.com/news/crypto-mining-tax-united-states-budget

It's a clear attempt to drive bitcoin miners out of the US and that's Biden's idea. No wonder Trump is trying to capitalize on the fact that bitcoin community is afraid of Biden.
