My opinion is - as someone said nature is law, so I 100% agree.
When you think about this - how countries, goverment, laws created by HUMANS can control nature? They CANT
Best example - SSRS, they tried to control everything, but HUMANS are part of NATURE, that basically means that they work, live how NATURE want not how other HUMAN tries to control him, and that prooved SSRS fault by trying to control everything - its impossible.
Capitalism - not perfect but best of worst at the time - enough free, wild system, where every human can compete each other BUT the main thing with who they are competing - money - is controlled a lot - they must pay taxes (in nature you dont must to pay someone something), cant control VALUE of the MONEY.
Here goes BitCoin - completely free currency, which cant be controlled by other person group or something - its controlled by all users (market) without any goverment.
So basically BitCoin is a little piece of NATURE in capitalism.

PS. they can legalise or do whatever they want, but they cant control this currency itself, like they can control dollar euro or something Smiley

Bitcoin has rules built into stipulated by its creators. So there is that.

In order for Bitcoin to be useful, it needs to be visible and accessible, and those visible and accessible points can be regulated by laws. So there is that.

Bitcoin, often touted as a means to not pay tax will not eliminate taxes, even if adopted as the only currency. Taxes can be levied against other things, such as your hair color, the length of your fences, and other such things. So there is that.

No.

A court recently decided Bitcoin is legal currrency, so theft of it IS treated as a crime in the USA.

As far as state laws are concerned because of the 'internet' nature of Bitcoin, it probably becomes the turf of the FBI.

Bitcoin is regulated by the laws of mathematics.

I don't think you are quite on topic.

I will give you an example:

User A steals 1 bitcoin off of User B ( mathematics has no laws that I know of, that will do anything to punish the thief(User A), nor to reimburse the person who had his 1 bitcoin stolen(User B) )

By unregulated, that also means there is no laws made by the state as yet.

That means that although User A stole the 1 bitcoin off of User B, there is no transgression against the state, because the state has not regulated bitcoin yet. The state has not made a law that says 'You shall not steal bitcoins off anyone else'

As far as I know, the state has not made that law.

Also, there is no transgression against User B, and the reason why, is because they are involved with bitcoin by agreement, knowing it is unregulated.

If there is no law, then how can there be a transgression, if there is no law? There cannot be any transgressions because there has to be a law in the first place to transgress against.

Nonetheless, the law came in because of transgressions!!!

That means that although there is no laws, nonetheless there is laws.

It must be!

Or we make the contradictory statements:

THERE IS NO LAWS REGULATING BITCOINS

THERE IS LAWS REGULATING BITCOINS

and that means those two statements are not contradictory

Bitcoin is unregulated. There is no law for bitcoins, therefore

no one can 'transgress' with bitcoins. Where there is no laws, how can one 'transgress' the non-existent laws?

But if you believe in God, then Gods laws are always there.(except that Jesus Christ is the law that came in the flesh,
and the law was nailed to the cross)

In fact, those who believe in Jesus Christ, or who have been crucified with christ, are no longer under the law

But also, the holy bible teaches us that all men are transgressers of the law.

So, you being transgressors yourselves, are you then going to punish transgressors of the law? Why not punish yourself first?

But the holy bible also shows us, that it is because of transgressions, that the law needed to come in.

If people would not transgress, then there is no need for the law.

Do you think that if there is no state laws made, therefore there is no law? Howbeit then, that because of transgressions therefore the law came in; which indicates that in fact, even though there was no laws, nonetheless people transgressed, and that means that even when there is no laws, there is laws.
