We are working on a self service btc machine like an atm but without the high cost of same.
We will have minimal investment with our prototype.  If our initial testing in our retail store goes well, we will expand and make our product available to a wider retail marketplace.

Do you possibly have a Bitcoin vending machine, because I find that is a much easier option than a Bitcoin ATM. I would much rather see Bitcoin vending machines than these complicated BTC Atm machines for newbies. The placement is the most important aspect of a kiosk and has to be placed in a area where a lot of Bitcoin merchants are situated or in a bar.

Food and drink always generate sales, so rather chose a bar ^smile^

What do you mean by kiosk? Are you refering to a bitcoin ATM? In that case, there are companies out there that deliver ready-made units. A quick google turned up this one: https://lamassu.is/

I think what OP is referring to is something that look like a booth with tables and chairs and a live person attending to queries from Bitcoin buyers and transaction will be done manually by an attendant. Not a bad idea but instead of saving money from paying a small space and electricity for the Bitcoin ATM, for kiosk type will eat more space and needs manpower plus electricity.

Will be placing it in our retail thrift store.  Trying to generate interest. Will also accept Bitcoin as payment.

are you going to put the Kiosk in a mall or something? cause that might be a decent idea.
Much better than most the kiosks in malls that sell crappy jewelry.

There are tons of Bitcoin ATMs out there. Use https://coinatmradar.com/ to check where they are

I'm not sure about setting up one though. I'm sure you'd have to check with your state to see the legalities of such a thing.
