You can check https://www.bitcoin.de they seems to me operating very legally... Germany is tight withrules and i dont think anything illegal last there long!

Yeah! I do remember August's news when they descrived Bitcoin as private asset. Here, I'm talking about legal defination of currency because, if they've delcared Bitcoin as currency then.. we've foreign currency not Bitcoin or any other virtual currency. Cheesy

I've heard Germany has given status of legal tender to Bitcoin. They now, consider Bitcoin as 'Currency'. Not sure, if so then, by accepting and using Bitcoin, I'm accepting foreign currency. Which is not a crime as per Indian laws. How they gonna prosecute me now?  Grin
