You shouldn't ask for lending the first day you join. Become active with the community and get your name known. In the meantime why not mine some BTC for yourself? I have a thread here in the "Newbie" area so you can get started mining tonight!

This is excellent advise. You should either mine as he says or build up your credibility a bit and then ask for a loan.
