Suppose if you are using lightning wallet and send BTC
to normal BTC wallet, will he receive amount? If yes, what fees I will be paying (lightning fees or normal BTC network fees?)
Well, that entirely depends on whether you send the bitcoin over Lightning or over the main chain.

All Lightning wallets also allow you to make transactions on the main chain (otherwise you would have no way of funding a Lightning channel or withdrawing your funds from a Lightning channel). If you are sending to a "normal" BTC wallet as you state (i.e. one without Lightning capabilities), then the receiver will only ever receive main chain coins, and you will have to make a normal transaction paying the normal fees. Someone cannot receive a Lightning payment without first setting up a Lightning channel (or using a custodial wallet which will do that for them).

An address on main chain and a Lightning invoice are very different, as is the process of making a transaction - it would be quite difficult to get the two mixed up.
