In my opinion, it all depends on what is your main reason for getting into cryptocurrency. Is it just to make an investment? Then maybe owning bitcoins might be a better idea. However, if we are interested in spending our coins, then any of these flash exchange apps can definitely be a viable option for all.

This could be really interesting, and there is no registration or any kyc for doing this swaps! I heard about GetAlby extension when it was posted in out local board, but with this swap ''exchange'' you can easily turn bunch of shitcoins and stable coins into lightning.
Do you know if there are any extra fees and risk with doing this?
