Stake Bitcoin and make a challenge for myself (or others) to do a certain task ( 100 push ups a day, read 10 pages of a book a day/ etc , phone a friend a day etc)
The app is basically a simple bitcoin wallet that checks for a swipe each day. ( trust based system ) when you finish the challenge the app lets you transfer the bitcoin back out of the wallet.
If you miss more days then the max set amount the founds will be send to the bitcoin genesis wallet or burned ( not sure ).
