Saying "the logo" is misleading. Yes, you can use "the logo" all you want, and anywhere you want. But who created the specific logo that you are using and are they enforcing some sort of copyrights on that specific item?

It may be hard, but try to find out who created the item you want to use and make sure that it's okay with the creator that you use it. I assume most of the major logos are under a http://us.creativecommons.org/ license, or are public domain.

I think it's free to use as long as bitcoin belong to everyone and no one has seen Satoshi Nakamoto. You are up to use it anyway you want.

Is the bitcoin logo and the word bitcoin, BTC copyrightet, trademarked or patented in some way?

Can everyone use the logo and words on their website or products as a t-shirt or others without getting a angry lawyer on their back?

Just curios....And of importance to many i think?
