If it's free, the revenue is either the user itself or there simply isn't anything to pay for. Lauda has already directed you in a correct way. I'd also advise you to read the Electrum Documentation Smiley

If a merchant has zero fees, then he will have a wider spread. Check the conversion rate that you are offered.
