Okay, who thinks they can guess the closest price of BTC at the time of the conference this year in nearly one month in Miami?!

I am going, and I can't wait!!!! So pumped haha. Last year it was amazing and the same as the year before! Last year BTC was clocking in at around 45k if I remember correctly.

Now leading into the conference we are looking very bullish and I think we may have a chance to get to where we were at the 45k mark like we were last year, do you agree?

Does anyone know of any special events happening at the conference this year? Last year they had the sound money fest as well, is there going to be another concert again like last year as well?
This conference will certainly have a positive impact on the crypto market and I'm pretty sure that it will affect the price of Bitcoin and the crypto market as a whole, but it's not that significant considering that this is just an ordinary conference, even if it does have an impact on Bitcoin it's not that big, except there are very positive things or news that we can only say that the price of Bitcoin will increase significantly, apart from that I am very skeptical.
The topic is about Bitcoin but whatever happens to BTC will surely have an effect to other coins or to the whole market. A small positive impact in the price is better than nothing. It's a good help to finally move out to the $30k zone because it seems that we are getting stuck on it.

The conference itself is already a positive news because it means that people are serious about Bitcoin that they gather and talk about if what they can do to improve it and get more benefit out of it. Maybe they are talking about the upcoming Bitcoin halving and the bull run? Or maybe they are planning to make BTC a legal tender soon on this country. This is going to be great. Let wait for the updates.

I think I read somewhere that there will be a competition for the most incredible story, and given that you have "fantastic fitness experiences", if you tell them that you met a man who knows the world's biggest secrets and who was having lunch with Putler and the Queen of England, I'm sure you'll win. As for the main prize, it will still be a big surprise Lips sealed

I am very optimistic with future of Bitcoin price as I already mentioned I am expecting it to hit above last peak, but I am expecting it next year. Im my opinion Bitcoin may jump to 40k levels from here with couple of good/bitcoin favored news about financial markets. 40k is my safe bet so. I also said to my friend in whatsapp group that we may see 50k in near future ahead of bitcoin miami. I think price expectations will stay bullish if 30k resistance can toughen up to break. I wish we can hit more than 35k so other coins may also experience sharp rises. Elon Musk may quickly jump in again.

Last year, the price must have reached around $45,000 at the time of the conference, but I doubt that will happen this year. With less than a month until the conference in Miami, I don't see a 50% price increase from the current price now. If the conference has such a large impact on the price of BTC, we may see an increase before the conference, but certainly not to 45K in such a short period.

I'm also not that optimistic, yet, because I believe that the real surge will come after the halving next year on May, 2024. BUT I'm also having shower-thoughts of, "Am I still in the stage of disbelief"?

 Cool

The price of Bitcoin during the conference will give me my answer.

Wow some of you people need to calm down.

$40k, $45k in a month? If it goes that high that quickly get ready for the summer to be bearish back to $30k lol

Remember, if you were around then, when Bitcoin went from $4k to $13k in a couple months after breaking out of the last bear market....then gradually went down for half a year. Yeah that's what happens when the market overreacts to the end of the bear market. Bear market just ended a month ago, unless the market gets overheated like it did in the Spring of 2019 (and how some of you apparently want) we should expect the price to be high-$20ks/low-$30ks for the next few weeks and bouncing around the $30k's through most the summer.

No reason to be talking about $45k until late summer.

Some ya'll people talking like you want new ATHs in a matter of months lol. We're still a full year away from the halving.

Calm down and accept that Bitcoin is not a get rich quick scheme. $45k will happen in due time, but it'll take at least a few months to get there in a way that is sustainable.

That is fair and hard to not agree with. It is a very optimistic outlook personally just wishful thinking, I just think that would be very cool. And who is to say that it wouldn't and couldn't happen? These days anything can happen. But I like your summer price point prediction for 45k though, or should I say best case scenario in your stated opinion. Thanks for the comment!

Is this the conference when that Max Keizer was burning fiat? I remember that conference got pretty crazy from what I saw of the videos.

I don’t think bitcoins price had anything to do with the conference, it was just during a bullish period. Remember consensus 2018? People assumed Bitcoin would hit new ATH but it went lower that month.

Sometimes I don't care about events or any conference in a specific country or place, because is not much hype that can make people buy more Bitcoin. Because as I know, the people who come there is experienced and expect crypto, distance i see new investor brings a lot of money and invest immediately after the conference finish. So that case, I won't speculate much if the Bitcoin price will growing up after the Event. Or maybe accidentally happen because the price should have grown up (because of a halving situation).

To be frank with you,it is not easy to predict the accurate figure that the Bitcoin Miami conference will take bitcoin price to. I am still looking to see a correction in bitcoin price which will go dip below 29k-25k before there will be a pump in the price. As for $45k price due to the conference, this is possible since we started the year with a good pump in bitcoin price up to the moment. Therefore, I will say that this is a good year for bitcoin and we should expect high pump in price. Moreover, more investors are investing into bitcoin these days.

Well, any of us can give their opinion when it comes to predictions, and it's up to us whether we believe it or not. And in conferences like this, I think there is a high chance that what happened in the past will happen again, I'm just not sure if my feelings are right.

But anyway, no matter what the result is, I am sure of one thing that there is a high possibility that the value of bitcoin may be around 40k$-45k$ this time, although it is at 29k$ right now, but we know that it suddenly increases the value of bitcoin and suddenly drops.

Bitcoin Miami is claimed to attract the largest gathering of Bictoin lovers, but this is a summit, it's not a factor for the market to buy or sell. Miami has successfully snatched the conference from Los Angeles which last hosted it in 2021, and this year will be nice too as they discuss more on the much-anticipated halving.

As they did in 2022, they will continue to discuss blockchain technology and how to improve on it. There might be other lovely extras but that could only be ascertained when the program is nearer (May 18).

Yes, it really is quite something. I highly recommend attending. I wonder if this conference has a large affect on the price of bitcoin, does anyone see a positive correlation of this? That would be pretty interesting to see actual proof that it does, if it actually does. Anyways, I personally think that it doesn't have a huge effect but there are lasting impressions scattered across the web every year with what has been discussed or the happenings of the event which always hit all the top social media / news company headlines and get posted viral but a copious amount of influencers/ consumers/ users.

For the record we have this Meetups board, wherein everyone can post conferences like this.

That is a bold prediction though if we will go directly to $45k. I'm seeing that we might see a correction first before we can get to $40k++. The correction might not deep though, most likely where the price is when we suddenly have this spike in the price, around $26k-$28k, just saying.

But then again, it's hard to predict the price movement but it might be far stretch to see $45k next month.

For the record I did make a post there and literally nobody responded lmao

I would replicate the price last year, Ill go with $45k again  Grin.  History repeats itself so there is a huge chance that we might be seeing the price of Bitcoin hovering @ $45k.

Thinking of it, it would be great and at the same time fun thing to see a consecutive year of the conference date happening with the same Bitcoin price.

Why is it during conferences, a group of whalecumulators always likes to make a joke, and make the price of Bitcoin crash?

I noticed it, especially during the years 2021 and 2022, Bitcoin has made either a big price correction, or a crash during conferences.

We should probably be ready to buy the DIP.

A $15,000 increase is a 50% rise all in the space of 30 days is a very bullish sentiment, but not impossible if there is a strong enough rally to break all the resistant points to get to that price.

My prediction is that we would be higher than we are now, but under the $40,000 mark in 30 days. Maybe $3k or $38k held off by the resistant levels at $35k and $40k.

A thread like this would be better off in the speculation section. Or would even be better in the G&R section with a prize for the closest match.

Yes, around that price seems quite plausible. It looks like the worst of the bear market is over and we are following moderate and sustained rallies, although I suppose that with a month left, the price may be a little below that figure.
