You need to know that you can mine an altocoin, and it seems will not give a good ROI. But you had to think that mining and waiting for a pump of the coin is different. If you mine a coin for e.g. 6000sat/day, if it will go higher 10x it signify that you mined 60.000sat/day. Good ROI.

Bitcoin mining simply requires too much power so it's not recommended. Also It's hard to get a small miner that will still generate income. You have to buy a big rig with lots of power that will make you a couple thousand usd lighter.

If you want to mine there are CPU coins and coins that require HD space. I'd say that's the best option if you really want to start mining and don't have lots of cash at hand.

I have read some articles on how to earn bitcoins. It says that newbie (like me) shouldn't pursue bitcoin mining and veterans know why? I'm a little bit confused.. Does it really cost much more money than it will generate?  Huh

you can trade coin or get coin free

I think I still need to study how trading of coins work..
I have 2mobile app for free satoshis.. I started from that 3days ago, then I got curious what bitcoin is and it leads me here. Do you know another way of earning free coins?

many articles said you to not mining Bitcoin especially for newbie it's because you need to know about the expanse and the difficulty.
first, you can not mining Bitcoin right now using CPU and VGA(i mean it was no longer profitable).
before start mining you need to buy an expensive hardware+you need to pay the electricity(imagine it,that you need to run your hardware for 24/7).
other than that you need to do a daily maintenance to keep it healthy in order to generate the coin.
then,the difficulty.
right now it's really high, that mean it won't generate a lot of coins.

that is why they said to not mining Bitcoin, especially for newbies.

Thanks for answering. Now I get it! I didn't know it requires an expensive hardware. Electricity alone here in our country is too expensive already. I think mining is realy a "no no" for me.

Yea, mining is absolutely hard without any ASIC machines.

But it is still possible to mine altcoins on CPU. I'm mining some and getting some coins. It's like claiming faucet  Wink
nobody said it's impossible right ?  Wink
like you said,it's possible and you can earn a coin from your mining.
but the question is,it is really worth ?
your time, electricity fee and your CPU healthy ?
from my view it's totaly not worth, plus how much it will be?
you need a lot of time to get it,because the transaction fee is too much for CPU to handle.
by the way i am really curious about your mining stats,
how much you get from mining using CPU right now ? and do you ever send it to another wallets ? or just keep it in wallets and never moved it?

can you share it to us so he can make a calculation based on your CPU mining stats.
