I'm trying to build a public Bitcoin mining pool but I'm get stuck at some of the code 
If any one can help me set it up will get
0.5 of the pool fee or a free iOS app for there website!
I have lots of coding expense but not in Bitcoin / Ubuntu
Also if possible how to host it on host gator

You will need a bitcoindaemon and a pool software (like p2pool) they have to run while the pool run. So you will need a VPS or a server. And much (>20-30GB) space.
