Imo we need new Minecraft add-on with some magic blocks. Imagine - after hours of mining regular blocks of dirt or stone you suddenly rise some bitcoins!

Actually, there is a server that apparently gives out bitcoins for every X number of unique blocks you interact with: http://www.minecraftcc.com/index.php?threads/get-paid-to-play-minecraft.4613/. Grin

There are also a few MMOs that accept/let you withdraw in-game currency to bitcoin, like MarketGlory or GoldenTowns. Unfortunately not only is bitcoin not the game currency itself, but they are just browser games; nothing you would need an high-end GPU for.

Anyway, Taras, you have my full (moral) support. Tongue

EDIT: I don't know if it would be the appropriate section of the forum, but maybe you could move this to "Project Development"; I don't know if there is a "Project Development Request" section. Smiley

I'm working on a fun project that uses 39dll.
If anyone else knows what the hell that is, PM me. Grin

There was or is a certain game called Dragon's Tale which was essentially a casino disguised as an rpg.
You had bitcoins, and every action you did was a bet to a certain extent.
I don't know if they still exist, though.

Then there's technically the former BitVegas.net etc., people who took one game and put bitcoin into it themselves.

With the rise of scrypt ASICs a vast resource of high-end GPUs has opened up. The market is ripe for the right MMORPG with crypto as the in-game currency.

I see some talk but, no solid virtual worlds yet.
