Hey everyone!

I'm CryptoJoshua from Bitcoin Jackpot and we'd like to partner with you. Bitcoin Jackpot is building what we hope to be the world's best crypto raffle. Promote our raffle tickets and receive a generous recurring commission. Actually you might make more commissions with us than with other programs.

We will pay you $5 USD for each ticket sale. For example if you send 5,000 paid sales, your payment would be $25,000 USD. Then if those same customers buy again in future raffles you'll get another $2 USD per sale for doing nothing.

We're trying to bring some fun into the crypto community and I really hope to work with you.

Here's our website for you to check out: www.bitcoinjackpot.global and the the affiliate sign up is in the footer.

Let's work together,
CryptoJoshua

hi. is the price $5 higher if someone buys from affiliate link? no one will buy from my link if i charge $25 and you charge $20 directly.

Hey newfan,

The price of each ticket would be $20 regardless of whether someone buys directly or through the affiliate link. If someone uses your link, there is a 365-day cookie duration to provide you commission if they buy within that time frame. So, in the future, even if they don't go through your link again and buy a ticket, cookies would ensure that you would get your commission. Also, if they have made a purchase once as a result of your effort, you would get recurring commission if the same people buy again in the future (even if you do nothing) and this is not affected by the 365-day duration. If you have any more questions, let me know. Thanks.

You've just raised many red flags and this looks like scam attempt:

And now, to address your concerns about our drawing process. We are going to let a third party do the draw. We are planning to get the people from random.org themselves (if possible, or someone well known) to do the draw, but we will not do the draw ourselves. Would you rather have the people who made the raffle come up with a process to draw (more chances of manipulating the draw) instead of a completely unrelated third party (that is also well established)? Do you think random.org is not fair in choosing its random numbers? If you have concerns about how random.org chooses random numbers, check out their FAQ page as they have tons of information. Thanks.
You can easily fake results using random.org. Don't play dumb.
Use this https://www.randompicker.com or don't run lottery.

Regarding your escrow comment, let me address that first. We started this raffle just this month, and decisions like this takes time; so this is currently still in discussion among our team. In my opinion (not my team decision), I am not for escrow idea because of the following reasons.
Reasons? Lets talk about "reasons" and facts.

Hey, thanks! Just got a few tickets, wish me luck!

Brand new account created to shill for your lottery is one big red flag.

It is very great commission, but once again there is no guarantee that affiliate users will get the payment as there is no escrow. To be honest $5 for every 1 ticket ($20) is just too good to be true IMO. It is very hard to promote a new site especially a lottery/raffle site with no good drawing system and escrow for the first time. I doubt people will start to promote your site to earn $5 per ticket bought by their referrals because of the mentioned reasons.

Hey Panjul,

I thought you wanted us to take a smaller percent from the prize pool, so we decided to share the profits with our partners, but seems like you are still not happy if we increase rewards via this affiliate program. Regarding your escrow comment, let me address that first. We started this raffle just this month, and decisions like this takes time; so this is currently still in discussion among our team. In my opinion (not my team decision), I am not for escrow idea because of the following reasons.

From my research on other raffles, like Princess Margaret Lotto for example, when they get let's say 10% of the revenue in their bank, they begin to spend it on advertising and operating costs. So right now, it's a working business model vs escrow which isn't used in raffles that I know of. Keep in mind that Satoshi Dice and other big risk formats don't have escrow too. None of the big bitcoin casinos have that (correct me if I am wrong). Moreover, you need to be wary even if someone uses escrow because there are scams there too (https://blockonomi.com/erc-20-token-guide/#Watch_Out_Scammers_Can_Make_ERC-20_Tokens_Too). Also, what if our escrow provider goes under and our funds are tied up? Then all our efforts would be ruined as well because of someone else.

Also, since this is round 1, we are using most of our profits to promote our raffle. For example, you already know about our affiliate program and our banner advertisements in various sites; you also know about our free tickets given out initially and we are also planning to have multiple smaller draws along the way, so our overhead cost is huge for round 1 Another problem with the crypto world, since we are accepting only crypto payments, what if we have our escrow funds in BTC, but BTC crashes and we have to pay $1,200,000 USD in prizes? I doubt escrow would give us the flexibility to transfer a portion to stable fiat money and to use our revenue towards promotions. Once again, this is only my personal opinion and this does not reflect a final decision from my team as we are still debating on using an escrow.

If you want to see your lottery works:
1. Use an escrow for the first time draw.
2. Use a provably fair system for the drawing
3. Reduce the ticket numbers and ticket price, no need to offer such big prize but it needs to take so long time to do the draw.
4. Use a fixed time duration for the lottery, lets say weekly or monthly. Then do draw no matter how many tickets sold.
5. Take small percent of the prizepool only.

If you keep the way as what you want with 100k tickets and wont draw till all tickets sold, there will no draws happen till the end of your site.
Of course it is just suggestion, take it or leave it.

Hey Panjul,

Another member of BitcoinJackpot here. Like CryptoJoshua mentioned above, we will keep escrow under consideration. Regarding your provably fair system point, the main reason why we opted out of that and chose random.org is because we wanted the draw to be entirely third party; in this way, everyone can be rest assured that we have nothing to do with the results. To make it more transparent, the draw will be live streamed to prove that we are not manipulating the results. I believe random.org is pretty solid, and if you have concerns about their fairness, they have tons of information in their FAQ section.

You have a valid point about the long process, which is why we are speeding up this process with marketing and giving out free tickets for a limited time with the hopes that people who get tickets would share it within their circle, prompting more people to get tickets, and so on. I like your idea about doing a draw before all tickets are sold; of course, the price won't be the grand prize, but we will consider doing small random surprise draws along the way  Wink Thanks for the feedback; if you have any questions / concerns / feedback, feel free to reach out to me or CryptoJoshua. Thanks.

100,000 tickets @$20 = $2,000,000
1st prize: $1,000,000 2nd: $100,000 3rd:$25,000 and 75 others @ $1,000 each. Total prize $1,200,000 so you will take $800,000 from every draw?
You are also giving away free ticket, how if there are 100,000 people claim it? Will you do the draw while you will have to pay $1,200,000?

Even if this is legit, $800,000 is too greedy for the man behind it... other thing to think about is the odds behind the game, is a $20 bet on the chance to win of 0.001%. Some dice sites pay x99000 for that chance while here we only get x50,000.

So, not a good deal at all. If the $2,000,000 had a collateral maybe this would be a fair thread, but i don't think the guy behind the game have a $2,000,000 collateral.

And what about provably fair, we can't be sure this will be rigged or not   Undecided

Hey SeoIncorporation!

Even if this is legit, $800,000 is too greedy for the man behind it...

Large lottery companies such as Power ball contribute much lower money in terms of percentage towards the final prize. Here is a section from a news article (people.howstuffworks.com/not-all-powerball-ticket-goes-jackpot.html):

"According to Kelly Cripe, director of media relations for the Texas Lottery Commission, precisely "34.0066 percent of each sales dollar is contributed to the jackpot.""

And what about provably fair, we can't be sure this will be rigged or not   Undecided

For our winner selection technique, this section from our FAQ will address your concerns:

"At the time of the draw, a winning ticket(s) is selected at random using random.org which is an unrelated third party; the draw will be live streamed on YouTube (or another video streaming site) when every ticket is sold. To make things as fair as possible, the draw will be conducted on video by people who are not related to Bitcoin Jackpot."

If you are interested in how reliable random.org is, you can take a look at their FAQ which discusses how they create random numbers: https://www.random.org/faq/

I guess that is where the "fund science" part come from. But nevertheless it is still a scheme where the participants won't get the majority of the money as the 800,000$ for science is really big number. And looking for the site's design is one of the big red flags out their as I don't get why it is lacking design when they are in the science and technology category they should have invested heavily on the site's design which they didn't. I am open too observing it but even if it's real the prizes are not sufficient for me.

OP does not even reply here, so it is clear what to do with this site.
I just looked at OP post history, and most of his posts are ANN posts of several projects. Just like on this thread, he is very rare to reply on his own thread. Suspicious things detected, better to avoid any projects announced by this person.

Hey, this OP most likely purchased a ticket himself and is promoting our project to complete the draw quickly. I am part of the Bitcoin Jackpot team so if you have any concerns, please let me know here or PM.

Then what is the point of having us to buy again if OP can fully buy it from your project? So your target is 100,000 tickets sold? How about if you do not make it? Like around 30% that been sold? Are you saying you guys going to buy everything? Around 70% allocated to your team, so we might never win this lottery right?

This OP is not part of our team. He purchased a ticket himself for $20 in cryptocurrency just like everyone else and has decided to promote our site. No tickets are going to be owned by the team members. We would NOT buy any tickets ourselves since it is illegal to win our own raffle.

Also, 100% of the tickets will have to be sold before we perform the draw, so there is no reason for us to purchase the tickets ourselves.

I wouldn't be surprised if the owner(s) run once they've collected a nice amount of $$. No way they'll gonna sell 100k tickets. If you start something like this, why start with such large numbers?

Lottery always gets their fund from the bettor Smiley.  Though I wish OP would give their address where the price is sitting (since this is a cryptocurrency we would like to see it in Bitcoin or any other alternative currency) to show us proof that you are able to pay the winner.  Just in case you are not able to meet the number of bettors needed when the time came for you to make the lottery draw.

I think this is just a fantasy from the owner Grin

I think you are right
Even if this site using a trusted escrow for the prizepool, I doubt 100k tickets will be sold in a year. They took too much from the prizepool which make the lottery looks so bad. Although the reason is to many things as explained on the site but taking almost a half of the prizepool does not make any senses.
89 tikcets sold so far, which I believe those are all free tickets. Oh seems I'm wrong, I just tried to add some tickets to chart and it is automatically affect the remaining ticket numbers.

what about providing escrow to any trusted member in here on BT. Also what's your way to select the winners?

Hey ltra!

CryptoJoshua here from the Bitcoin Jackpot team (which can be found on our main page)!

We will definitely look into whether or not an escrow will be a good option. To your comment about our winner selection technique, this section from our FAQ will address your concerns:

LOL! he'll never agree for a escrow lol. Look at his post first he wants you to pay via crypto and then pay via bank. Don't fall for such scams, look at the way he has just posted it, so messy, plus he'll go bankrupt paying escrow fees + trx fees. Remind me op if you do intend to use escrow I'll change the words.

Best escrows : sabastian, darkstar are good ones. Ps many more are there ask and you'll be provided a link.

The site is not being hosted by Hostgator. We have used a quality web host which is definitely enough to support huge volumes of site visitors.

Have a great day!

Hey Barbut, anyone can use it. However, after 1000 free tickets, the coupon code expires. This ensures that we will be able to smoothly run the raffle.

Every newbie thought that they can easily manipulated money around here, just make huge prize does not mean people will really want to play it on. Yes, this is really attractive from its name but it is just to good to be true, more over panjul have checked OP last post which is very rare for him to reply on the threas then it is really high probability that this is a scam

And to think that op get 40% just from total tickets sold is really dissapointing, this is just really huge

Hey BTCevo!

The OP isn't part of the Bitcoin Jackpot team. However, I am one of the team members you can find on the front page of the site. To your comment about getting 40%, we don't get nearly that much due to the expenses. Here is a section of our https://bitcoinjackpot.global/proceeds/ page which talks about our money distribution:

"Most of the money received from the raffle is paid out to prize winners. Then we have small expenses such as merchant fees, publicity, accounting, etc., to maintain the website and service. We end up with a profit, we pay income taxes and a portion of all the money supports crypto related sciences, specifically organizations that are developing improvements to the way the whole crypto ecosystem works. This will include government lobbying and advocacy which is important if we want to achieve worldwide adoption without interference or hindrance."

Have a great day!

No. to me this looks like a scam. they don't have provably fair system for drawing. they're also claiming to be first crypto lottery lol, which isn't true. there are lots of crypto lottery around and are provably fair(freebitcoin, c-g).
One more red flag is they won't draw until all the tickets are bought/sold??

Hey Lite!

I'm one of the team members of Bitcoin Jackpot, you can find my bio on the site!

they're also claiming to be first crypto lottery lol, which isn't true.

My bad, that needs to be removed! You're right on that, we are not the first.

there are lots of crypto lottery around and are provably fair(freebitcoin, c-g).

For our lottery, we will use https://www.random.org/ to generate the winner's numbers on a live streaming video. If you are wondering about whether or not the site generates truly random numbers, their FAQ page addresses how their numbers are produced: https://www.random.org/faq/.

One more red flag is they won't draw until all the tickets are bought/sold??

Yes, we wont perform the draw until all the tickets are bought/sold since this is a Raffle. This means that all the prizes are guaranteed to be given out to the winners.

Thanks for the message!  Wink

Hey Panjul!

I'm one of the team members of Bitcoin Jackpot, you can find my bio on the site!

This section from our https://bitcoinjackpot.global/proceeds/ page will answer your question about our money distribution:

We are only giving away a small portion of our tickets for free in order to gain publicity and momentum. So there is no chance that all 100,000 tickets will be bought for free.

Hope that answered all your questions!

They do just always thought that they would really easily manipulate or deceive people by using large numbers of prices and without even knowing that most people here are already aware on how a scam  thing do works. Having that ridiculous commission for op isnt really right at all.

Dont try out to deposit on this site if you dont like on getting scammed or losing up all of your bitcoins. Rules on the site itself isnt even clear and website design is too generic so be careful.

what about providing escrow to any trusted member in here on BT. Also what's your way to select the winners?
Why even bother with this kind of (scam) lottery site? if you want to buy lottery tickets then go buy at freebitcoin, crypto-games, trueflip(has the highest jackpot - 404 BTC).
I would choose up trueflip over this shady lottery site and each ticket is really very expensive for a typical joe.Ill skip on this one for sure.

LOL! he'll never agree for a escrow lol.

He wont do it, why? Because owner does not have that much fund, it is not a lottery but a raffle imho. No draw will be done before all tickets are sold, so it may take forever for 1 draw. Avoid it at any costs, no good reason to join in this lottery unless people want to make a charity donation for the owner and team.

Site seems like formal web designing shared on Hosgator. I think something fishy. Please do not invest on this site before the management team members of these assist you below or before getting the advice for best gamblers.

This site is not looking long time implemented site. Morever source itself showing that this is static site which is not yet automated as dynamic one. SCAM ALERT. Wait for big gamblers to share more.
