Ok, 60 people have read it now, so I've added `do not read' to the subject

Are you kidding me?! That just makes me want to read it even more!  Grin Cheesy

If you want to get through your 5 posts quickly and actually provide a contribution to the forums, post in this thread: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/lets-count-to-21-million-with-images-77535

How about making smart post that, help the community instead of just posting random stuff, I wish stuff like this would get a ban on the user until they make a good posts.
As I understand it, in this case, the newbie wants to post a comment on an already existing topic outside the Newbie sub-forum.  Unfortunately until they get 5 posts in, they can't make the "smart post that, help the community" on that topic.

Do you not see the flaw in your logic?

So make a topic, put your comment/feedback/or whatever in there, housing it in the newbie section, then you after you can move that topic to the correct section.

Do you not see the flaw in your logic?
No, I don't see the flaw in my logic. I don't see why your suggestion is any better than putting in the 5 "I need five posts" posts, and then heading directly to the place where you intend to post useful information. Nor do I see any way for a banned poster to make a good post.

Ok, 60 people have read it now, so I've added `do not read' to the subject, hopefully I'll be able to comment in other areas of the forum real soon now after my 5 posts and 4 hours to pass the newbie catcher

It's being read by so many people, because a thread named "Bitcoin newbie" usually is a Bitcoin Newbie having a problem or a question.

So if you have one, you see there are a lot of people who like to help   Smiley

As this is a newbie topic, I have to make five posts for my account to work properly, this is my first post
