    @OP:

  • Depending on your wallet: Check the settings whether you can use 0-confirmation coins for transactions
  • Create a transaction (to yourself) using the unconfirmed 'input'

[/list]

Those are the 'basic' steps. If you can provide more information (e.g. which wallet you use) we can give you a more detailed instruction.

Hello everybody!

I make a transactions on 1-1-2018 and still pending, try to contact with support but they reply same email all the times and not answer my question.
People said btc will return after 1-7days but more 3 week and stil nothing, so I hope somebody will help me about my transaction.

Your fees are low, so you can wait for this transaction. need 3 weeks or more.
try another wallet BTC with you can choose the fees.. for the best way

I'm a sender and I put with minimum fee on Customize Fee, I just asking what can I do now?

I'm using btc wallet on blockchain.info
Your fee is very low, you shouldn't reduce the fee on these times next time or you'll have the same problem of unconfirmed transaction.

There's no feature on blockchain.info that you can bump the fee but bob123 gave you detailed instruction on what to do, try this.
Actually he could try a Child-pays-for-Parent to get his transaction confirmed faster.
Since the backlog of transaction is going down at the moment this would be a viable option to get his 20$ through.

@OP:
If you are willing to pay a few bucks for another fee you could try to do the following:
  • If you are using an online wallet: Export your private keys and import them into a desktop wallet (e.g. electrum [1])
  • Depending on your wallet: Check the settings whether you can use 0-confirmation coins for transactions
  • Create a transaction (to yourself) using the unconfirmed 'input'
  • Choose a fee which is high enough to pay for both of your tx's. Use any fee estimator [2]
  • Wait for a miner to pick up both of your transactions.
I hope this works.

You're going to have to provide more details if you want help. As you probably know, the fees are too low.

1. What were the replies from support?

2. Are you the receiver or are you the spender? If you are a recipient, then there isn't really much you can do unless you're willing to pay for a service like viabtc to accelerate your tx. I can tell you now that it's going to cost a lot more than the $20 you're expecting from this, so you really have no choice but to wait. You could always try out their free service, but you'll need to be really lucky to get it in with hundreds of others trying.

3. If you're the sender, depending on your wallet, your options are found in this sticky: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/all-about-stuck-transactions-and-what-you-can-do-to-fix-them-1802212

Bitcoin has change in November or December and a tx is kept in mempool 2 weeks instead of the old 3 days. But...
If you, a friend or simply the wallet re-broadcasts the tx from time to time, it can stay much longer.
The fee is very low compared to the standards of 1/1/2018, but in the last 2-3 days the spam on the network decreased a lot and the low fee transactions like yours may have a chance.
So, you should wait more. Keep an eye on https://btc.com/stats/unconfirmed-tx to see the mempool is still decreasing. Use https://pool.viabtc.com/tools/txaccelerator/ at every hour :00 sharp until your transaction is accepted. These are the easy free solutions.

If you want to pay, ask for help from the ones accelerating transactions for a fee, but you should pay after the acceleration or use escrow, since some are scammers.

There are ways to re-send the tx with higher fee, but they may be a bit complicated.
