I used to withdraw from Payza to my BTC wallet every week for about 6 months and never had any problems with them, so I don't believe that they are going to scam you.
I suggest you chat directly with a support manager (this option is available) instead of submitting a ticket and your problem will be solved within a few minutes.

never had bitcoin payment related problems with Payza
I paid many a time for upgrades and such through them and everything went smooth
maybe your transfer happened during the backlog?
when there were 60.000+ stuck transactions?
in any case you should check with support, they should provide you with the transaction id so you can trace your payment
if there is no ID provided  you can start crying wolf then

I made a withdrawal request from my Payza account to my bitcoin wallet. It took a few days but Payza said it was sent.

It was sent, apparently, to the right bitcoin address but it has not showed up in my bitcoin wallet now three days later.
The simple thump rule, you need to follow for your problem must be contacting their support.
Log a support ticket here : https://helpdesk.payza.com/index.php?/Tickets/Submit

there seems to be a lot of issues cropping up with Payza these days and support certainly is not helping/hasn't managed to resolve the issue.
Payza (before known as alertpay) is doing paypal similar services for years so no need to get panic with one or two hiccups. Hopefully we need wait before making any strong conclusion.

If they d sent it, they must provide you with transaction ID. If there s no blockchain results for that transaction, that is HAS NOT BEEN SENT YET. A very simple way to determine who to blame.

I saw a similar thread on the scam accusation section in which Payza has deigned to reply.

Hi all, as mentioned in this thread, we had some BTC confirmation issues that affected a small number of Bitcoin withdrawals. Our team is aware of the issue and believe it has been fixed. If your BTC did not arrive already, you should receive it shortly.

If you are still having issues, please log in to your account and contact our Customer Support Team using our new Direct Messaging Customer Support Module, described in this blog post: https://blog.payza.com/payza-updates/announcements/customer-service-payza-account/

Also, I'd appreciate it if OP could edit this post to note that this is not a "scam," simply a technically issue that has been resolved. Thank you.

You could read through the thread, perhaps post your issue as well, or move your thread to the scam accusation section.
From what I saw around, there seems to be a lot of issues cropping up with Payza these days and support certainly is not helping/hasn't managed to resolve the issue.
Here's the thread : https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/payza-scam-me-1692318
better take a look.

Ok, first of all I apologize if I have posted this in the wrong area.

I made a withdrawal request from my Payza account to my bitcoin wallet. It took a few days but Payza said it was sent.

It was sent, apparently, to the right bitcoin address but it has not showed up in my bitcoin wallet now three days later.

I cannot find the transaction on Blockchain.

So what do I do? Any help appreciated.
