My site, http://bitcointicker.co also has an alert function.

You can also use Chrome desktop alerts if you don't have any sound. Just click on the show options button at the top.

I use Bitcoinium on my phone. Only problem is battery saver app [which my junky phone absolutely needs...] prevents it from updating, so I usually miss it anyway Tongue

bitcoinity has a sound alarm under preferences. Just don't forget to close the browser window or when you go away for the weekend because your neighbours will hear it the whole time and freak on you when you get back............  Roll Eyes

do you have an iphone?
I have an app called Bitcoin Ticker.
Works perfectly.  I always know if the bitcoin price moves within seconds.
I use that too. Good app.

bitcoinium has alarms and it syncs pretty good, I haven't used the alarms in a while, but I'm sure they're even better than I remember.

(The alarms got annoying during the last spike and I turned them off and haven't turned them on since.)

I think there's a thread on here somewhere about bitcoinium. Buy the ad-free version and support the author because it's awesome.

Second vote for Bitcoinium.

I just started to use it a couple weeks ago and like just about everything about it.

Can't report on the alarm function though, I've tried to use it but my low alarm never gets hit since it keeps going up...

I know, right? that low alarm never goes off, and then that high alarm goes off and you set it 10 bucks higher and then it goes off again 10 minutes later... becomes quite annoying (in a good way  Grin)

Thought I should post this here because of how much we care about price changes.  I heard some people say they have alarms set for rises/drops.  What are the reliable ones out there?  (ie not malware, syncs good)
