Real estate, imho, is a lot more stable than bitcoin or any crypto. But of course, that also means no 1000x overnight jumps as we saw in the last craze. I have dabbled in crypto and spent the best part of 12 years investing in real estate. Real Estate is a long game. Sell when you want to and plan to be in it for 30 years. That my 2 cents anyway. Most recently I have turned my attention to homeowners who need to sell my Denver house fast - well that's what they search online. I say Denver because that's my target market. It is a lot of work, but like crypto, most of it can be done at home and the fun part is when you did win big it can be 6 figures, and if you really want you can go and physically see it and touch it.

If you have good amount of money to start a real estate investment then I prefer real estate over bitcoin investment because real estate is a little bit safe compare to bitcoin investment. The money in real estate is pretty safe compare to bitcoin investment that you don't every have the control over the market whether when it will go down or goes up.

In our country, the most wealthiest person are in real estate business so you can see already the difference between them as if you can manage correctly and if you have money to start a real estate investment then you will become a millionaire or billionaire easily. The same with bitcoin but bitcoin is a little bit riskier because of it's volatility.

It depends if which is your familiarity.

 I would invest in both too. Besides, the two can work hand in hand... You buy/build your estate with bitcoin or you sell for Bitcoin.
I wouldn't invest too much in typical real estate business though. It's very risky long-term. I would instead invest more in "estates" that are easy to decouple, move around and construct.

Once you have good land with its own water, so you can grow veggies and rais some chickens, Bitcoin is probably the best investment.

yes it is real estate that has the lowest risk investment but it is also a slow income generator. my answer depends on the type of person who is investing, if the investor is steady and not risk taker then probably he would settle to real estate but if the investor is a bit adventurous and knowledgeable to crypto then it will give him a big leverage on his investment as long as he knows what to do to his bitcoin. though you can have both investments but i myself prefer bitcoin
