I recently stumbled upon a site linked: http://www.bitcoin.org.ph/ and I was just wondering what happened? I think it's nice to have that kind of organization and especially when it grows but upon checking of different accounts of it, it isn't any active anymore and I have searched it here in the forum and just saw this topic, way back before. I think it would be a great deal for Filipinos to be involved in the Bitcoin world and be educated about what it is and what it can do to society. Specifically, with that Bitcoin Organization, it could represent the Philippines, and probably soon in the future, could create a coin (that could be a goal if it's needed and functional). Well, we could start here in our local board, just building networks, peer to peer.
