Askgamblers and such sites won't allow a complaint against this casino because it is not in their database or they have it, but it's blacklisted.
Or, because of this?

Our system detected a fraudulent activity on your account.
That's why your account was closed and all the winnings were confiscated due to administration's decision.

Sincerely,
Bitcoin Penguin Casino Support Team.
I don't think they can just say this and seize funds.

Please move thread to scam accusation and send them link to this thread.

Okay guys. Thank you for the replies. Lesson learned the hard way. Could any of you recommend any legit bitcoin casinos?
You can make a scam accusation thread to remind people of scam this casino is associated with, but yeah, you should not have deposited money there in the first place. There are lots of trusted casinos, actually. Apart from Primedice and Bitcasino, mentioned above, you can also feel safe with Fortunejack and Bustabit (the latter has the famous "crash" game, which is very engaging for me). If you're into sports betting, try sportsbet.io. They have a good overall reputation, and they are getting even more recognized because of recent sponsorship deals they finalized.
If you want an overview of crypto-friendly casinos, I think you'll find this thread useful: https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/trust-flag-of-casinodice-sites-owners-5154971. It's specifically related to trust when it comes to casinos. Good luck!

I know about this site as I have ever played in this site few years back. Luckily I haven't experienced any issue when I was there but I stopped to play on that site since I read some scam accusations against them. Sorry to hear about your problem but I think no one can help you here, even if you are creating a scam accusation thread against them but I doubt they will come to this forum to talk about the issue because they do not have official representative in this forum. Expensive lesson learned for you (not about the money) but about the ID as stated by joniboni previously.
It is also lesson learned for other people that KYC does not guarantee of payment, people should aware where they want to spend their money for gambling. At least we need to search and read about the site first, better to use site that has active representative in this forum so it will be easier when there is an issue to be discussed and solved.

Don't ever do the same thing again on another site. It's possible they will use your ID data and will never pay your money.

I wonder why you have to go that far, especially considering a lot of negative reviews are present. Your money might not be that much but your ID is certainly worth more than you risked for.

Even after reading about the red flags and bad reviews, you wanted to jump! What's the point in crying now? A little Google search revealed the below link to me,

If I were you, I would have never opened their website itself!!

Hi, I have seen on the internet about this casino, saw that it was not the most honest casino but that many people had good luck with it. Also, I saw on this site that someone had a problem with a cashout and that it was solved. So, I wanted to try it out.
After all those negativity and red alert you wanted to risk. You gambled that if you make it but seems like the "IF" did not work. When you see a red alert it is always advised that stay away.

I should have received the mail about it. I didnt.
Sometimes email clients miss to receive emails. This could be their fault or your email client. It's hard to detect in this kind of situation.

I am not sure why the Bitcoin Penguin casino forced me to send all those documents if its obvious that they would answer this generic fraudulent activity bullsh*t.
I ask anyone who has advice on how could I get this money. Askgamblers and such sites won't allow a complaint against
this casino because it is not in their database or they have it, but it's blacklisted.
I don't know whom to turn to so please, if anyone has any information on what I could do, please be so kind to tell me.
I have no idea if they are legit or not but may be they wanted to confirm that you are the owner of the account. They took their chance by asking your ID. May be it was not satisfactory for them.

Here is my suggestion: Move this topic to the scam accusations. Have all the references (your deposit transaction id, any screenshot of the balance etc etc) and update the OP. Scam accusations is the right place for you to get targeted traffic.

Hi, I have seen on the internet about this casino, saw that it was not the most honest casino but that many people had good luck with it. Also, I saw on this site that someone had a problem with a cashout and that it was solved. So, I wanted to try it out.
I have deposited 41mBTC, played a little, scored a nice win and after completing the wagering, I had a nice amount of 630 mBTC.

After the wagering was done, I went and made a withdraw request. Got a mail to confirm my withdraw address, confirmed it.

Later I received first message -

"We would like to ask you to upload the following document into your profile (Documents tab):
- photo of your ID"

They got it, I made another withdraw after the documents were submitted.

Then I received second message:

"To make a withdrawal please upload into your account a Selfie with your ID and a note says "Hi Bitcoin Penguin Casino" and current date."

I have sent those documents too and made another withdraw request. Time passed, but no progress.
I know that larger sums take some time to be processes, but 8 days after the withdraw request still nothing, not
even an email. So I went and asked the support what is going on.
Also, my documents I have sent were not approved.
When questioned, the support said that they were not approved because I have not fulfilled my profile info.
He told me that I have received a mail about that, which I havent.
He asked me to look trough spam folders and such,
and after I did, multiple times, he said that he doesnt know why I havent received that mail but that I should have.
I fullfilled my info and the support told me that I have to send more documents.

The third message:

The documents needs to be the same as the last one ( selfie with my ID and the not saying "Hi Bitcoin Penguin Casino" and current date ), but on a chequered paper!

Again, the support said I should have received the mail about it. I didnt.
I have sent an email to their support mail -

BitcoinPenguin Support <[email protected]>

This is the mail which has sent those documents required mails from before, and also the one which should have
sent the mails I havent received.

This is the mail I sent

   Hi,

I have been trying to make a withdraw on this casino for a while now.
After making my withdraw, I have received a mail saying that I need to submit my ID and a selfie with it. I have done so.
Then I have received a mail saying that I need to submit a selfie with my ID and a not saying Hi Bitcoin Penguin casino +
the date I send the photo. I have done so. After that, I didnt receive any mail. I thought that my withdraw was finally
processed so I went to check on my account. Turns out that it wasnt done, but also my last document with the note was Not
Approved. I asked a support why is that and he said that it wasnt approved because I havent fulfilled my profile info.
He said that I received a mail saying those things, which I havent. After doing that I have been told that I need to do
the same selfie with the ID and note, but on a chequered paper. Again, the support said I should have received the mail
about it. I didnt.

After asking the support about it, he said that he is not the one responsible for sending those mails.

So now I am asking you, why I havent received those mails?
Why do I need to submit one more thing after submiting the thing you ask me?
How many documents will I need to submit?
How much more time will I need to waste with this casino until you finally pay me my right deserved money. I have done all
that was asked of me, done everything how it said in the terms, and now you are doing this to me.

This is highly un-proffesional by your side, I am starting to see why people are writing bad critics about you on every
possible review site.
I too shall write a review o every site I find your casino on, where it claims that you give fast payouts.

I expect a quick and detailed answer about your lack of information, lack of mail and time wasting on my behalf.

And this is the answer I received -

   Dear Friend,

We are sorry for inconveniences but we would like to ask you to upload the selfie with your ID and note on chequered paper. This photo is required to conduct some checks.

Best regards,
Bitcoin Penguin Casino Support Team.

I have uploaded the documents they requested and, yet again, made a withdraw request.

Few days later, I received this mail -

   Dear Friend,

Our system detected a fraudulent activity on your account.
That's why your account was closed and all the winnings were confiscated due to administration's decision.

Sincerely,
Bitcoin Penguin Casino Support Team.

Account closed, winnings confiscated, no explanation given, not even my deposit was returned.

I am not sure why the Bitcoin Penguin casino forced me to send all those documents if its obvious that they would answer this generic fraudulent activity bullsh*t.
I ask anyone who has advice on how could I get this money. Askgamblers and such sites won't allow a complaint against
