You are missing luckflop there. Are there many cheaters in gambling? I dont think so. Most people are doing sport betting on nitrogensport so I dont reccomended to play there. May be betcoin and luckyflop, you can try them

If you check their FAQ they accept bitcoin and you can withdraw in bitcoin. They have min. max. limits for Bitcoin payments (min. deposit 20$ / min. withdraw 20$) and they have a 2% fee on Bitcoin withdrawals.

ACR is pretty active they are not the Bitcoin-only site, but they accept Bitcoin as payment. Traffic for Sit n Go tournaments is ok.
