Have you thought about using a solo pool that is already out there? For example CK's pool - https://bitcointalksearch.org/topic/yh-solockpoolorg-1-fee-solo-mining-usade-251-blocks-solved-763510
It is set up has the hardware running for a BTC solo pool. If you are thinking you will make pool and profit chances are slim. If your thinking for learning... then I could see that. But it's not going to bring you profit.
I could easily make you one for $60 in Bitcoin.
Most of the tutorials are outdated, and are extremely confusing.
I will have it up and running in 48 hours maximum if the blockchain downloads fast.

tnx for replay and one question , i saw this tutorial ,, is this only lite and dogecoin pool or bitcoin too , or how i can choose which mining pool i want to set up ?
