Is stratum mining pool a normal pool or P2Pool ? Sorry for being noob. I'm a newbie in the Pool Mining world.

I actually posted in the service section first, but did not get any attention, because service section is dominated by sig campaigns and serious tech people visit it seldom. Once I moved it to Project Development, I'm getting no. PM, though u were the only one posted in public about the PM. I dont consider the PM people as they are unable to reply most of the questions. I wonder why people are secretive if they really have the knowledge and what holds them back from showing their previous work !!!
