So, https://b2x-segwit.io/ was made by blockstream devs.
The goal of fork is  to destroy bitcoin.
Blockstream devs openly work on destroying bitcoin with fees, and now also with stupid forks.
Blockstream is on Roger Ver payroll? The only man who benefits from this SegWit drama is Roger Ver with his Bitcoin.com website. Andreas Antonopoulos, biggest 1mb limit shill, was openly paid recently by Roger Ver in form of "donations". Roger Ver goal is full control of bitcoin software and bitcoin.com website, so he can be a bitcoin boss. And the only way for him to succeed is destroying bitcoin.org software.

If it were not news coming from China, such as the ban on Crypto-coins Initial Offers (ICOs) and the closure of Chinese exchanges, the hottest issue in Bitcoin's world in recent weeks would have been SegWit2X. Now that the dust seems to have settled down there in Asia, we will begin to hear a great deal about it and also about another important and controversial term: "replay attack protection" or protection against repetitive attack. First of all, let's understand what SegWit2X is all about, which could give rise to a new Bitcoin.

a Cray can run an endless loop in under 4 hours
September is almost over, only 1 month left until segwit2x becomes active. segwit2x tries to do as much damage as possible to bitcoin. they steal the name, they don't activate replay protection, and much more. they are even hiding there nodes:

Adding command-line arg to hide segwit2x service bit

with this change, bitcoin clients can not detect and disconnect segwit2x nodes from the network. Nodes that relay invalid blocks (segwit2x blocks) will become banned and this leads to a fragmented network.

A few weeks ago I read this comment on twitter. sadly it's already deleted but you can still find it on google if you search for it:

Can't wait to turn your ASICs into bricks.

bitcore dev's are threatening to change the PoW algorithms. this is the ultimate last option to fight off the segwit2x/bcash attack. this would also make the ASIC mining hardware worthless.

so my question is, is there really a possibility for a pow change and what are the consequences of such a big change?
