Base on other Ethereum price is the next big start on crytocurrence world. but on my opinion bitcoin price is much stable and popular to other person. But I think you need to trust on your instinct which cryptocurrency will you hold.

1. In my opinion, Bitcoin is number 1 and the most popular than any other coins. Because the history say so, at least so far. It has it down so many times but it came back stronger. So it is a difficult matter if you say that ethereum will overtake bitcoin. The popularity and the support of massive people will make bitcoin strong at the top of the chain.
2. I guess you can hold both of them. But for me, i will make a portion of what i will hold. Like bitcoin 70% and eth 30% , or maybe 80% to 20%. For me, i just hold bitcoin and change my alt coins to bitcoin when the price is right. But i suggest you do your own calculation.

Yes, that is true, Bitcoin came before every other cryptocurrencies, I don’t see any possibilities for Ethereum to take over Bitcoin in price rate. Bitcoin is growing faster than every other cryptocurrencies, but other cryptocurrencies has a little growth– example of that is going $1,850 to $7000 in few months, something no other crypto currency can achieve. yes it can happen because now bitcoin transactions require a very long confirmation while ETH only requires a very short confirmation this could be a trigger of price increase and price balance of bitcoin and ETH.
I think its not possible for the etehreum to take over the bitcoin price. In fact it is not in the position to overtake the market cap of the bitcoin which is the centre point of defining prices for the coins. Im sure that Ethereum can’t do that because it is unlimited in number and the emission can not be controlled. So there is huge demand but there is even bigger amount of the coin is available to trade, so thats the limiting factor for the ether in not catching up the bitcoin prices and market. We always think that so many ICO are using the ether and why it doesn’t get pumped. The real thing is ether stays there as the end point trade is done with bitcoin for selling the tokens. So thats another point where ether looses the pumping thing.

Yes it is possible but not that easy. I think it will take a long period of time or may not be happening in the future because of the possible reason that Bitcoin will still be the top and most valuable coin of a lifetime or even until the future generations. No you don't need to compare the two or whatever coins that could possibly overtake Bitcoin because it maybe unfair for ETH or Altcoins especially these days. Just accept the fact that Altcoins are dependent on Bitcoin. It is hard to tell and speculate things to happen in the future instead let's just focus on what we have for today. The safest and best thing to do now is to buy both if you can save it in a safe place and leave it there for a year or two and see what would happen to it soon. Never. Btc is unique
That is never going to happen. ETH has already lost its significance due to the emergence of Bitcoin Cash. In terms of trade volumes, BCH had overtaken ETH many months ago. The ETH exchange rates have gone down, despite that of BTC and BCH edging upwards. I am just waiting for the big dump from the ETH developers, which will result in ETH losing its position as the no.2 crypto in terms of market cap.
Doubtfull it will ever happen, at the end of the day Bitcoin is Bitcoin and ETH is just another altcoin, it reminds me when there was a strong parity between Bitcoin and Litecoin, what can happen tho is that Bitcoin will become impractical to use do to the coin limite hence increased price, scarcity, fees ect, it would be like using à 1000$ money paper with huge fees whenever you wana use it, vs using change or small value money paper for your every day stuff
As you can see bitcoin grows in faster rate than ethereum. Just take a look on recent changes: not so long ago BTC increased almost by 1000 while ETH is still staying at the same point. Could be good if ETH had the same resilens during the correction but I got some doubts about it.

As for my observation with these two token, bitcoin and ethereum market trend movement is the almost all the time thr same now a days. If bitcoin value goes up so as ethereum and if bitcoin value decreases so as ethereum decreases. I think if this movement continues, I don't think ethereum will overtake bitcoin but both are good to hold on to if this movement is what its like in the coming years.

I don't really think so. Bitcoin's market value is way larger than the market price of Etherium at this moment. And if the value of Bicoin wi increase, same thing will hapoen to the price of Bitcoin. You may hold both to make it simple than to just invest to only one. Everyone has his own way of looking up at the things but I don’t think so that this is ever going to happen in the future even. The way bitcoin is making such a good reputation in the international market and the way its market price is increasing with each passing moment, I don’t really think so that we are going to experience such kind of thing even in the future. Personaly I don't beleive in that. Many altcoins are claiming the bitcoin place but I don't think this is going to happen. Ethereum is the altcoin that has good perspective for the future but it will probably never be so accepted as bitcoin and achieve so wide implementation. And all other cryptocurrencies including ETH are depending actualy on bitcoin, so not, it's not going to happen.

So far Ethereum has shown its best utility as a platform to create tokens and raise ICOs. There are already thousands of ICOs launched using Ethereum Smart Contracts and millions of dollars raised in ETH. Hence demand for ETH has already grown near to its full potential, that is the reason why we seeing Ethereum moving between $250-400 from last 6 months.
As outlook towards ICOs is changing nowadays and people have started ignoring most of them, I don't think so ETH would have any magical demand rise in coming time. BTC will remain ahead of ETH in coming years too.

I think if it is possible, it happened a long time ago. But ever since the start, ethereum will just be seeing the back of bitcoin which is going far and back. But in terms of holding, I think these two deserves to be holded for a long time. If you will be just looking at the price, you will be getting a good profit from it.

Not gonna happen. Not in this lifetime as almost all alts are dependent on the price of bitcoin. The price dip on bitcoin are just because of the dumping, once dumping is over and hoarding for the fork starts, ETH will be down the drain.

I highly doubt that Etherium will surpass the market value of Bitcoin even if its value is also continuously increasing. Bitcoin is priced at 7400$, ccurrently while Etherium has a market value of 300$. To think how far the difference on their value, it is really hard to think that someday, Etherium will have a larger market value than Bitcoin. But let's just see how things will be going. I would say that it is not possible. Hah, everything is possible even that etherum will overtake bitcoin. But to be honest it would be really really hard to achive so fat and probably in the near future. You should consider the situation when huge company, institution or something like that decide to support some crypto.Then we could have huge pump which could even place that picked currency one the 2nd or 3rd place in capacity. The question is how the crypto will adobt in future world, if nothing gonna change then bitcoin seems to be the best.

Perhaps. However, it is very unlikely to happen. This is because Bitcoin has more supporters than Ethereum. Bitcoin also is the dominating coin out there and Ethereum up until now cannot beat that. People are supporting ETH as a smart contract platform mostly instead of a coin. Who would want a digital version of USD having indefinite total supply.

with high price bitcoin, my feel better sell half btc, and then handle invest some usd to token devidens. what happens with cryptocurrency now, a growing positive business and positif economy, but have risk crisis global. oldschool users btc must passed neo-retro era, and talking about starting development slikroad and draknet.

It's possible in the long run. If we keep having numerous forks that don't do much for bitcoin, or ones that don't give any info of the forked coin, chances are that people will start moving their money into altcoins and ether is on of the most popular ones. If this trend continues, it could be true that one day ether will be stronger than what Bitcoin was and it will ever be.
Etherium has promising future but bitcoin is more established than it. We have seen and continue to see how the forks have fix bugs and errors. And its becoming more stable than any other coin. Etherium is secondly to most good investment coin. I think its better to diversify invest in different coin such as etherium and other promising alt. Diversifying will help to decrease loss of profit ans maximize the ability to earn profit.
I have invested on both cryptocurrencies, Bitcoin and ethereum, what I can see is that ethereum has a potential to be valued more than Bitcoin, the transactions are the same, the ideology is the same, I think what differentiates the their value, Bitcoin being valued more than 10x than ethereum, but if ethereum also received the same popularity as Bitcoin, I think ethereum can go head to head Bitcoin, but as of now, people will need to learn to accept cryptocurrencies in the future, and if all did, it will open up a huge market for all cryptocurrencies.
Ethereum can take Bitcoin's place on real life because ethereum is faster and cheap on fee. That the stiuation takes years i think. You can hold both ethereum and bitcoin

For me it seems very impossible that ETH price can move ahead of BTC. You can consider that might be the ETH price may give better returns as compared to BTC if the demand for this coin rises and btc prices becomes more expensive and its fees are impossible to pay for.
I don't really understand what you are trying to convey first you say it is impossible and then btc fees increases , cif you wanna spam atleast make some sense don't simply post anything just to get more lines.It is possible,but highly unlikely anytime soon. If you are prepared to wait for some years - no idea how long and if it will happen - then buy and hold Ethereum. The truth is that people, for now at least believe that bitcoin, with all is problems is the coin to follow, that could change, and even when it does, there is no guarantee that eth will usurp it;. It could be any coin from the hundreds of alts in the market.

Doesn't seems possible and will never going to happen. Ethereum still need a very long time to gain the trust of majority as bitcoin already has. Check the price and popularity graphs and you will notice a massive community of crypto never ever want an alt to come over the real boss. For me it is possible but there are other wallet that cant hold ethereum like what I am using. So it needs to convert to bitcoin or other supported currency. So it will overtake bitcoin it takes a long time. For this generation bitcoin will rise.
Yeah it possible happen to ethereum now it is more profitable like bitcoin, this kind of altcoin the ethereum will rise in the future like bitcoin now as what they predict. In holding both of them is a good decision they are all both profitable no need to choose or to compare as long as you have then keep it and save.

NO it would be definitely impossible just look at the time gap difference and the succces without having even a manager bitcoin manages it all the way through with its miners help. Maybe yes maybe no, no one knows what will happen in the future but so far as of now no one defeat the price of bitcoin compared to ethereum and bitcoin now is very high demand to the people.
