If your alts are falling down don't blame it to bitcoin. You know bitcoin dominated the market for so many years and it will continue to dominate. If you aren't satisfied anymore, get out of the market or buy bitcoin.
Sell at loss because that exactly is what they want. The don't care about trust what they care is to accumulate so if you sell today make sure you won't regret that you buy that money for something worth than having the coins you have. I have about more than 100K USD that was suppose to be dumped but I was hopeful to get more so I hold. Now its value can't even buy a second hand car. That was terrible decision but I guess I should have it ready in the exchange if I was to dump it.

Well, this is an angry thinking from you (OP) , keep calm and believe me, if you will sell your budget of cryptocurrencies in the near future, then I am pretty sure that you will regret especially after 6 months or more because the market will back to the rise in fast way. Yes some people have been scared off but one thing is for sure when it starts going up and we see a stable green and FOMO kicks all the people that were scared off will dive in again to try and get earnings from the crypto rush wait and see

Don't panic. It's an unregulated market, and a lot of volumes are thin. Price volatility is a natural consequence. Prices will go up again, and drop again, and go up again.
If you don't like trading, then just hold and forget about current prices, as they will recover (for good alts at least).
Volatility is far from over, for those who can not handle it, it's best to get out of the market. Speculation and manipulation is absurd, only with the passage of time and more investors coming in will it be possible to have less volatility, the market is new and still needs to mature. Holding the tokens and not getting down with the changes in the quote is a real art.

This is a game that only those who has strategy will gonna win and if you lose your patience you will lose your money on those manipulators. I agree with you, they first increased btc from 3k dollar to 20k dollar, and again dropped to 6k dollar and still market couldnt return to normal, this manipulators gave big damage to cryptocurrencies, I hope everything can return to normal in few months.

It's not just price manipulators, it's the abundant amount of projects with no real use and all the scams that have discouraged investors from continuing to invest large amounts into alternatives however good quality assets should recover in due time

all coins drops and they will continue to drop until btc will up to 60% dominance.
apart from all that is how we can avoid even utilizing these manipulations into a profit in the future. because we cannot prevent it or reject it and go out is not the right solution for all these problems.
It seems to be true that there has been lots of price manipulation by the whales, and it has driven a lot of the casual investors out of crypto. But as these whales and institutional investors start driving the prices back up, you will see a lot of these people coming back in. Best thing to do is wait it out. I look at it that the market can't get much worse than it is right now. It can only get better.

Don't rush to take friends' actions. Don't sell BTC even though the price is still down. This is only temporary. Maybe it's being repaired. Because of the many tokens and coins on the market. Altcoin prices usually follow Bitcoin in a "whip-the-snake" fashion. Bitcoin rocketed down to $6k, and flung the altcoin prices into the dirt. We have not seen enough upward momentum to give altcoin prices enough of a tug upwards to give any real sustained positive movement. Once Bitcoin truly gets going on an upward trend and people start believing in a bull market again, you will see the altcoin market slowly start to pick up momentum, and once bull market is in full swing, we will probably see altcoins start rocketing past bitcoin in percentage increases.
At this point, the only hope in the altcoin market is to sell any trash coins that don't have much hope of recovery and HODL the best of the best altcoins.

My logic is as follows, the coins that I now hold I believe have a use case in the wider world, and once their roadmaps pick up steam, should have real value,
Currently the market is still almost all speculation with very few mainstream products, once this starts to change, the market should pick up.
For coins with no real use case, get rid of them, they might have their pump and dumps but will never truly have long term value.
My logic is as follows, the coins that I now hold I believe have a use case in the wider world, and once their roadmaps pick up steam, should have real value,

Yes, the price manipulation is really causing a big problem to crypto and the present situation is becoming frustrating but I will still suggest that you shouldn't panic sell but hold your coin. The market will recover soon from the bear and then the price of coin will surely rise again.
