To become a Bitcoin pro, one needs to have developed skills and knowledge that will help improve the proof of work and another Bitcoin-related technical aspect.

In the past few years, I have learned quite a good number of Bitcoin-related skills that will make me become a Bitcoin pro in the next few years ahead.

What are your Bitcoin pro future expectations?

There is no answer to this question. Maybe in the future, all universities in the world will open blockchain-related majors. Of course, Bitcoin must have a lot of courses. Today's tech tycoons may become teachers.

To become a Bitcoin pro, one needs to have developed skills and knowledge that will help improve the proof of work and another Bitcoin-related technical aspect.
The reason bitcoin is attractive technology is that it is not a purely technical phenomenon, it is rather a combination of different fields. It solves economic, mathematical, game theory, monetary, social, political, and other problems humanity faces through the language of code and numbers. There are no folks who know everything about all aspects of life, it is simply impossible to be good at everything. In my view, in order to be a professional in bitcoin, you neither have to be a tech-savvy guy nor be knowledgeable in all the fields bitcoin covers. For example, you are not a developer, which means you have no idea how bitcoin works at a low level, but, say,  as an economist, you can comprehend how it impacts the global economy at a high level. Looking through the lens of bitcoin, you are essentially able to see things from a completely different angle. That is exactly why we call them professionals: they are open to new ideas, and if there is a working idea, an effective solution to the problem, they will make use of it.

Are you a Bitcoin expert? Show me your account and tell me how much you have made from the market. I know many experts and they have been empty-handed in the 2018-2019 downtrend. It is hard to imagine that the world has so many experts.

In my opinion, the definition of a "Bitcoin Pro" (if such term even exist) is someone that have technical knowledge about Bitcoin more than the average bitcoin user. For instance, being able to understand technical concepts like:

  • Bitcoin blockchain woks behind the scenes
  • How blocks work, etc

There are more technical stuffs which I don't know myself but I would say someone who has an in depth knowledge about these concepts can be considered to be a pro. But that's just my personal opinion. If it's about trading or having a well established portfolio, I'd say the appropriate terms are " Pro trader".

Great answer, I see in this forum there are many Bitcoiner pro and they are passionate about data. Some other individuals regularly provide Bitcoin news. They provide valuable information that is the basis for long-term market assessment. I believe they also hold Bitcoin and sell when needed.

Bitcoin experts are still losing in some ways so i don't think it will be an issue. For me, as long as i'm making consistent profits in the crypto market so i am considering myself a pro bitcoin. If we can hold our coins for long term because we have faith in those potential coins so that also makes a pro bitcoin or let's just say a pro crypto.

Being a pro bitcoin means that you have been here struggling for a long time and yet, you never resorted into quitting. That is more likely a believer of bitcoin and it should not be changed even if the market seems so stupid most of the time.

How about being a bitcoin pro HODLER?  Grin
If that's the case then many of us are also pro HODLER since we've been holding bitcoin for a long time because we're all looking forward to the future of it. The higher price that shall happen within the next years to come and it will break 6 digits. But honestly, the technical side of being a bitcoin 'pro', they're mostly programmers, developers and people with in depth knowledge about blockchain.

I really don't think you are a "Bitcoin pro" in the way I understand that term. If you were, you would be involved in serious technical discussions about the way Bitcoin and its blockchain works, future improvements, etc. But you are not. You might know how to use wallet, how to pay and store your coins, how to trade, save on fees, and stuff like that. That's good, but that doesn't make you a "professional" That makes you a user or an enthusiast.

I consider pros those people you can turn to when you need help. People who can code and come up with better, faster, and more secure solutions. The guys who have the knowledge and experience to tackle and find workarounds to almost any problems. I doubt that's you, but you are welcome to prove me wrong.

What are your Bitcoin pro future expectations?
I'm not a bitcoin pro but yes it's been years now since i start learning these kind of technology wherein how it really works and how i can survive all the struggles that involved in it.  But so far so good and i have no problem with crypto especially when it comes investment and trading. , indeed all the information that can help us to obtain information can be found in the internet, wherein it's up to us if we are really interested to put effort and time because as the matter of fact that's the only requirements.

you forgot the skills you learned in the past few years so you are not a bitcoin pro now?

the only skill that users learned after discovering BTC is trading, they become so good at it that they earned millions already. i dont think we call them bitcoin pro but sure i can consider them pro traders.

with so many games developed these,  expect the future crypto users to be gamers who play to earn.

One moment...!!
I think it's a recruiting question to get into the department of ...  Huh

According to the Linkedin network only in the United States using the word cryptocurrency it threw about 9000 jobs, the offer varies obviously depending on the country and the search term.

I have brought it up because being or calling oneself a bitcoin professional remains an ambiguous term and very much "on" these times, knows a lot about nothing, or you knows little about any topic; so to avoid this appraisals that are only valid in your word, this require any skill one has must be evaluated by a third party/company.

That evaluation tells you or channels those skills and specializes you in a certain area, but not in the whole of knowledge.

!!...so let's clear that up first.

Just like many others responding to your thread, I am not also sure of what you mean by "Bitcoin Pro" and it would be good if you can expound more on what you mean by that. Do you mean to say that having the skills to be called as a Bitcoin developer maybe? As for me, I am not really into technical matters much so I just prefer to hold my Bitcoin...who knows others can be calling me as a Bitcoin Pro years from now just by having some BTC in my wallet. Anyway, congratulations on your journey to knowing Bitcoin a lot.

No need to become Bitcoin professional. Learn the basics, knows the pros and cons, know what is right or wrong, etc. is enough. I'm not that developer type and even I'm that, there's no need for me to force myself to learn the deep technical side of Bitcoin technology (I know few not that noob).

But I'm like reading stuff like that especially the contributions of our forum user, achow101. As I said, I don't need to learn it but every time I read achow101's post, every of his statement is feeding my mind lol.

What are your Bitcoin pro future expectations?

Let alone being a Bitcoin Pro, I am not sure that you actually understand what you wrote. I noticed your post history was never even involved in technical discussions.
However, this forum always welcomes Bitcoin Pros as you define them (technically proficient in bitcoin). If that's you, these sections are right for you to stay in and share your skills with.

I'm not really sure what you mean by bitcoin pro, it's either you know how to code C++ or not.

In the past few years, I have learned quite a good number of Bitcoin-related skills that will make me become a Bitcoin pro in the next few years ahead.

Can you give us example what bitcoin-related skills you developed throughout the years that makes you a "Bitcoin-pro"?

What are your Bitcoin pro future expectations?

Can't answer, but for sure I will continue to HODL BTC for the next coming years.

If you are sure about being a bitcoin pro in the future, so good luck bro. Congratulations for your achieves as just few people got involved in technical side of the bitcoin technology.
But it still depends on your definition to what is a "bitcoin pro".
From what i know, we can't tell that someone is a bitcoin pro unless to define a specific speciality like mining. Even those expert devs in building wallets or preparing for the great blockchain updates can't be called as bitcoin pro.
