Contact the exchange and try to explain the situation. They are literally the only ones who can recover your BTC. No one else.

Which exchange was that? Some will not bother to recover your coins, while others will charge a fee for that.

Thanks, I will try it.

Muchas gracias por tomarte el tiempo de intentar ayudarme. Tratare lo que me aconsejas.

As I understand you basically sent BTC to a BCH adress. As far as I know your BTC are simply lost. It doesn't matter if you have or not the private keys

Very Thanks for understand and help me.  Grin

trying to translate what you said into better english.
it sound like you had BTC but someone gave you an address. you moved the BTC to that address. but because the other person was looking at BCH they did not see the funds arrrive.

the solution. if the translation is correct is this:
the person who has the receiving address has a private key.
the private key for BCH is the SAME for BTC.

so ask the receiver to download a BTC wallet and put the private key into the btc wallet and they will see the btc.

VERY THANKS

Why didn't you answer my question instead of complaining about people mocking your English?

Where did you send the BTC? To an exchange, friend, specific website or to your own wallet? Please be specific if you need help.

To an Exchange, and because, He deserves a thank you.

I don't get the bashing of the OP's English. Less than 20% of the world's population speaks English. He posted sufficient information in broken English to be understood. Obviously the problem here is that they inadvertently sent bitcoin to a bitcoin cash address.

Op the solution is simple, find the private keys for the address, bitcoin and cash use the same private keys. With that, you can access the funds in the bitcoin address. However, if you don't have the private keys for some reason, eg, an exchange address, that could pose a problem.

THANKS.

In spanish. Please translate it.

To which wallet did you send the BTC? Did you send it to an exchange, friend's wallet or a wallet that you own? If it was to a wallet that you own, which wallet it that?

Nowadays everything is available in the website. So you may go Google and write down your problem and i think you get a good suggestion from there.
It is a nice pendatan and I agree with your opinion.
If I can argue then I just say it's better to discuss with the same friend who knows the same meaning of bitcoin ago then if the discussion does not solve the problem then we share it on Google and write your problem then I am sure there is one correct and convincing answer on you and I think you get good advice from there.

As what I understand here, you happened to exchange your bitcoin to bitcoin cash accidentally in sending your money. Am I right? All you have to do is to exchange it back to bitcoin so you can send it to bitcoin wallet. Hope I helped you.

Well  Sad I am sorry that I didn't understand your English. But reading from the below comments I understood that you have accidentally sent your BTC to the other person's given BTC address, but he was looking at BCH. The best solution for this is that just download any bitcoin wallet anything like from Coinbase.com or Zebpay and then put those private keys of that given address over there and then you can easily see the BTC over there in the wallet.

You are too honest, but I do not really understand what he means in this writing. the core of the problem is not knowing how to view the Bitcoin delivery status. This has been answered by my friend above and the answer is understandable, but I just want to add a little advice only.
if this problem happens again to you, it's good you do not need to panic, must remain calm because if you panic then it will harm you.

Based on your questions I have to say that you should careful about transactions because if you are not aware of this it may bring huge loss because that time you can’t do anything based on this BCH private key and BTC private key both are same so there will be no problem.

You English is very hard to understand. Well, the one who received it has a receiving address and a private key. Moreover, the private key of BTC and BCH is same. So you can tell the receiver to put the private key into the BTC wallet then you will get to see the BTC.

We must aware to enter all details

First advice is you have to learn more english language this is how you could communicate better and avoid error such as what youve experience.. and secondly next time you must take very careful of the details of whom to send or if someone will send you then you have to provide him the correct details only that you can eliminate errors such as this.
