After visiting you link all I can see is this:

That means Indigogo is not even feeling trusted with your campaign. I don't think Indigogo will approve that as I know they don't approve such small scale projects like a mere faucet making.
You can do it on your own mate. After all faucets does not make you earn profit as it was before.
There are many project campaign scaling only few hundred dollars.
And mine was for 1200$ and i even got 300$ contribution in few days. I dot know why they are doing this.
I used to run a faucet website like a year ago, i quit because it wasn't worth the time, people earn pennies with the faucet and since google adsense isn't allowed I only made pennies with advetisement since i hate pop ups so i will never add pop ups to any site i make. Unless you roll out really big there is a chance of succes but lots of succesfull faucets have closed their sites lately.
If i were you and you got the skills to write in php or any other programming language try to think of a service that can serve the btc community and doesn't excist yet, or already excist but with new added features/improvements.
My faucet will have no BTC third party adverts like - adbit or mellowads.
All of adverts will be CPM/CPC/VideoAds/Pop and PTC ads. Only by big brands like ExoCLixk,Popads,AdCash,Adsense, many more.
