It's not just an auction, it's a complete public merchant site. Members have storefronts and can offer stock products, as well as auctions, with the site managing inventory and tracking sales.  Also, there is no Bitcoin stored on-site, so hacking the site wouldn't yield any coins Wink

Are you trying to make something like bitmit? because that would be epic.

Everyone has been wanting a proper auction place site for awhile ever since it went down.

I had a choice of bitblam.com or bitlows.com for the domain and have decided to go with bitlows.com for the name of the site.

I really appreciate the interest, but it would help if I was sent the pm as stated above so that I could set up your accounts on the site Wink

I am the creator of Darkbids.com and Earthazaar.com, these are altcoin public auctions and marketplaces. Would anyone be interested in helping me test a Bitcoin public auction and marketplace? I have laid the groundwork with my two other sites and now feel confident in launching a Bitcoin Auction and Marketplace. The site will be similar to ebay in that you can have your own store with both retail products and auction items.

What I need is people (testers) that will add either auction items or inventory products (stock items.) The site will be priced in BTC (BTC will be the default currency), accept only Bitcoin, and all payments to sellers will be made in Bitcoin. Depending on how much interest I receive I can have the site done in a week or so.

The testing shouldn't last long as my existing system works well, and I only need to make sure the site is bug free. If you are interested in adding products, and testing the site, pm me your email address and preferred username (account details). You will be sent a URL and login info when the site is ready.

Note: This will not be a Silkroad type site, will not be on the Darknet, and products are limited to legal ones. In other words, this is totally aboveboard.
