Well, they are a cheap way of getting new people exposed to the concept. One can get 100 stickers for about 2$, slap them on in a place that a lot of people come by and probably get a decent amount of scans. Some people (like myself) need just a bit of exposition to the concept of Bitcoins before they embrace its potential.

I don't really see the point in a QR "campaign".  Unless you're looking to capture the handful of people who scan QR codes just because they're curious to find out what they are...

thats really cool i never realized you could change the color of the QR code and still have it be readable but it does make sense. i like the first one a lot

I got inspired by Editoras' living book promotion campaign:

I think this might be a good way to get some people interested in the topic of Bitcoins, so I created a couple sample images one can post:





Those QR codes link to my website that redirects the viewer to the www.weusecoins.com website (I want to have some Analytics feedback on how the codes are performing).

So, anyone thinking that a guerilla campaign like the one used by Editoras can be beneficial to Bitcoins?
