Nope, that's been settled long ago in the Bitcoin currency talk page.
As of 16. Aug. this year, the creation of this page? How is that settled? Just wait for the bastard wikipedia mod to show up... it's inevitable imo.
It's notable. In fact, I talked with several mainstream editors about its notability. It's also distinct enough to have its own page.

It is too confusing to have technical, client jargon on a page centered on a currency-based ecosystem.
